I moved here out of some emergency situations, so it’s accurate that it feels like a shelter and not a comfortable place to call home. Im working on moving out by the next 2 years if everything goes as planned.

Research before you decide to move. I was shown a model and layout of this place and the location and model weren’t close to what I was told I was getting. So disappointed! Its an old apartment inside that they threw wall puddy on the walls, base boards, and door frames-that were in bad shape. They added a back splash and faucet in the kitchen to make it look modern with low grade new appliances. Ice maker never worked and the fridge was scratched up and it was supposedly new? I could go on.. ??

These units are lemons: nice to look at but cheaply made and not maintained. The residents are extremely loud/messy and the leasing staff are overwhelmed and unresponsive. Don’t be fooled by the low rent rate spend a little extra and rent somewhere else (you get what you pay for).

Overall, I would say the complex is average. Yes, there is a swimming pool but on the weekends it is packed, so to me it is essentially useless. Rent is reasonable and you are very close to just about everything. Tenants don’t take very good care of their areas, so it looks pretty run down, but the management tries to keep it clean.

While I enjoy my unit the unit is old and maintenance request take a long time to get issues fixed. The residents are loud and the front gate is constantly broken. Staff is friendly but not helpful.

People parking behind me is a continued nightmare and there seems to be no actual enforcement.Smoking indoors occurs by other residents and right outside apartments so the smell wafts. I've experienced homeless people sleeping in the dumpster area when I've taken my trash out and gates were left open for weeks at a time which brought in ice cream trucks with loud music and also homeless people digging in the dumpsters. The only positive is the interior of my apartment is nice but I would still not recommend The Luxe to anyone I care about.

The parking situation appears to be getting better. The management team has made a concerted effort to educate the residents and enforce the parking regulations. The gates are repaired and functioning as designed. The homeless population is no longer an issue on the property.
The apartments are lovely and well designed, they all have an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher, the grounds are nice and the location is close to everything, but the parking is rough. There are so few guest parking spots that people sometimes park in your designated spot, which is infuriating. But overall, its a nice place to live!

These apartments are very nicely remodeled and have fully upgraded kitchen appliances. Spacious layouts and in unit laundry is nice. Do not move here if you have kids that play outside, or if you like to feel generally safe in your home. This place is becoming overrun with people that race through the complex, blast music constantly, have verbal and physical fights in the parking lots, and has a terrible pest (roach/rat) problem.

wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's nearly Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office and if you do and submit a complaint they'll promise to call you back which they never do. I moved out 3 months ago and still waiting for my security deposit. The gates never work and bums roll in and out of there constantly. No security at night and gets very dark in the parking lots. You'll hear squirrels everywhere especially if you live upstairs, dog poop everywhere. I lived in 4 different apartment complex and this by far the worse, STAY AWAY

I stayed here for about 9 months, 4 of those 9 we had a really bad roach problem and the property management was very difficult to deal with. One of the apartments in the building was the cause but they wouldn't spray all 6 units at the same time so the roaches kept coming back. I lost so much money throwing out food it was rediculous.

We offer free pest control service to all residents, offered through a reputable pest control company that is on site every Thursday and again this service is free to our Residents. When and if we and our pest control vendor see problems from one particular unit, we do follow up with a 48 hour notice to enter for an inspection of all the adjoining units. Thank you.
