As a resident I hate this place. The staff is horrible an trying to get anything fix here is not going to happen if your a resident please look at the residential laws bbb will be contacted
I've lived here for 17 years. Its a very safe place to live, people are friendly, and the management is very nice. They have good schools and the prices are reasonable.
So far I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. Great location - about a 10 min drive to denton square which is perfect for me. Highly recommended!
The staff is incredibly helpful and worked with me while I was stationed overseas. I give them five stars because The Loop provides a great location near Denton Square (just a Uber away) :) and offers ascetically appealing floor plans.
The office has great hospitality! This place is kid and pet friendly! Definitely recommend for more permanent residents than college students. Definitely a game changer for places to live!
My family and I have been living here for about a year now and I'm happy that we chose to make The Loop our home. I was a little anxious moving from country life to big city life but the employees at The Loop Apartments made the transition so much easier. TJ and Lindsey at the front office have been super helpful with anything we needed since we been here and their communication with residents is way better than with anyone else we've rented from. The overall atmosphere at the loop is very comfortable and homey for an apartment complex. The location of the apartments is great as well. We're just a short drive from The Golden Triangle Mall, Walmart, and Target plus there are bus routes right beside the apartment building. It's also a really safe and fairly quiet neighborhood good for kids. I definitely recommend The Loop to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable apartment in Denton.
