The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Loop at Lamar Station
THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED IN. And I've lived a lot of places. DO NOT waste your money here. It costs more to live here than what they tell you. They don't tell you they're going to charge you almost $500 IN ADDITION to taking your entire deposit...despite ensuring that the apartment is CLEAN and in the SAME working order as when you came to it. Just had two stains on the carpet...which first off, IT'S CARPET. Second, IT'S CARPET THAT'S A YEAR OLD. They were probably going to replace it anyway!
This is a nice apartment complex I looked into, they are nice and it appears to be a decent place to live.
I lived in this apartment complex with my sister for 3 months. We got completely infested with bed bugs, neither of us ever having a problem with bed bugs before. All of the furniture was completely ruined and the management did absolutely nothing about the infestation. It was disgusting and we were getting eaten alive. There was also a horrible infestation of cockroaches, that we heard from various neighbors. This place is disgusting and if you value your money I would definatly recomend not wasting it here. The managment was also completely rude and did nothing to help any of the other problems we were having. Such as, the people above us had a leaking pipe that then put a ginormous whole into our ceiling and the ceiling then slowly started caving in. They didnt do anything. Shortly after one of our pipes was leaking and the maintenance man came in and wrapped a towel around the spot that was leaking. In a day the towel was soaked and it just kept dripping. Honeslty I can't even believe this place is still up and running.
