Property Ratings at Lookout at Broadmoor
The Lookout at Broadmoor has a great leasing staff. Jess and Kandace are incredibly professional and do everything they can to help you. We moved in originally and now moving to a larger unit...they are so nice and accommodating. The buildings are a bit older but the units we have lived in all have new carpet, new flooring and very clean. Great staff, great location and excellent hospitality center and pool! Lots of wonderful four-legged friends around as well!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The absolute worst place I have ever rented, it doesn’t even deserve a star. They NEVER answer emails. Maintenance just doesn’t exist, I filed a number of work orders just for them to never show up or even contact me and then they would mark it as resolved in their system. I feared for my safety a number of times living here, management never responded to my emails or concerns, and when I asked for the number to contact the on-site security they never replied. I moved out this summer and I’m STILL trying to get in touch with someone to get my refundable deposits back and they are ghosting all my emails and calls. They gave me absolutely no information about move out procedures and it seemed like they didn’t even remember I was moving out when I went to drop off my keys. Water is constantly being shut off, so many unexplained charges on account with no explanation. Absolutely terrible, disgusting, and unprofessional. They do not care about the residents at all. Would never recommend to anybody in Colorado Springs, I specially tell our new hires to avoid this place at all cost when they are looking for housing.
