            The Lofts at USC offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. Our property is located on the edge of campus; we are a short walk from the USC gym, engineering buildings, and both USC bus lines stop at our property 4 times per hour. In most of our units all utilities are included such as water, sewer, trash, cable, internet and electricity. All of our two, three, and four bedroom units come fully furnished with both bedroom and common area furniture included. Our amenities include a full service laundry facility equipped with new machines and luxury pool. Our office is pleased to receive your packages while you’re out for the day.
