Moved into our apt at The Lofts at Polaris Pointe in Feb. of 2025. We were heitant to take a tour because of all the news about noise from the New Ford Amph. We have been thru 5 concerts now and in our apt. we cannot hear a sound. We get our mail from our inside mailbox, we dont have to go out to get it. We enjoy our fitness room, game room, conference room for private parties, 2 elevators and each apt has its own 2 car garage. Every apt has a large balcony with southern exposure with stunning views of the mountains So glad we stopped and got a tour from apt manager Angela. We love living here

I was looking for a place for my parents to move here easily from out of state. Angela met with me a few times to show me the various floor plans and give me a tour of the place. She was so kind to even come in on her day off. These apartments are gorgeous! They include HUGE garages, gated entry, covered patios facing open space, elevators and beautiful kitchens with walk-in pantries. I could love there! I’m not sure my parents will be able to move, but I wanted to recommend these apartments to anyone 55+ looking for a condo like home without the commitment of buying. They’re also close to so much shopping in northgate. Check them out.
