      It’s very quiet neighborhood and cozy home. It’s great being so close to the Village and the beach walking there is very convenient. You don't have to worry about parking as all spaces are reserved.

      Not worth the price

      The location is great right by the center of town but the amenities are often breaking (spa pool has been out of order multiple times in the last 3 months) and the floors are incredibly thin. You can hear everything from the neighbors above and below you - just a poorly constructed building

      I was significantly oversold on the "luxury" features and amenities of the property. For the amount charged for rent, The Lofts is ripping people off and not abiding by their lease agreements with their tenants.

      The Lofts at Carlsbad Village is a very hospitable community to live in that provides many great amenities and easy access to the beach. It is also a great location to live for those trying to commute to and from Camp Pendleton.

      Fabulous location. Close to grocery store, multiple restaurants, filling station, barber shops etc. Very competent and attentive staff. Gabriella keeps the entire facility sparkling clean. She is tireless and hard working and does an outstanding job.
