Great looking community in a good location near everything. The apartments come with a built in desk which is very convenient for me since I’m Still in school. Management has a food truck pretty regularly, which is pretty cool and convenient. Office staff Is really nice and willing to help with any needs or concerns and maintenance seems pretty good and quick. The new paint job is coming out really nice, especially with the tones. I recommend this place if you’re looking. Wish the fitness center was bigger but ne management says they will be re doing the gym so I’m excited to see the changes.

This is a really cute community. The lake is just beautiful and charming. The ducks and water fountain is amazing. My service requests are always completed with a smile. The office ladies are always nice and willing to answer all of my questions no matter. I’m even trying to get my mom to move here from PA I would love for her to live here at Cortland Lakecrest

I love living here. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and the grounds this property sits on is just beautiful. The lake is my favorite part. I get to sit on my patio and see the nice grounds. This property just underwent new management, but I can say that they are making huge improvements already like painting the building. New office staff is really nice and helpful and the maintenance guys are pretty cool too

I am planning my move here after summer for school and i will be choosing Lakecrest as my new home I recently toured the community and the welcoming from the staff was so friendly it felt like home the grounds were clean and inviting plus it is so close to school and so many things to do and eat close by.

This property is absolutely beautiful—especially the lake! It’s so peaceful and scenic. I do wish there were more barbecue areas closer to the pool, but the renovations the community is doing look amazing so far. The location is super convenient for me, and overall, I’m very happy here!

I want to tour this place and it was in a perfect location. I’m currently waiting for a job offer at Moffit and if I get the job I’m for sure getting an apartment here. The office gave me so much information and was very friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice lake too with little ducks which is really cute

This is such a great location moved in with my kids and we are so close to so many places easily get to downtown Tampa close to Busch Gardens which is a must have for the kids. Thank you to the staff for always being available!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this property. The grounds are well-kept, the maintenance team is responsive, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartments and great location. However, Cortland Lakecrest as a new management company sucks! We are being charged for everything! Insurance liability requirement is $100k, well above usual apartment requirements. There is a $20 amenity fee for the same amenities that were free. There are hidden fees for “use of common areas” and “electric” which are separate and built into your water/sewer. Valet trash increased from $25 to $30. My water/sewer/trash bill has jumped from $90 to $140 but my consumption hasn’t changed. In today’s economy, all of the extra fees add up! It’s unfortunate what they are doing, because this complex used to be such a hidden gem!

The apartments are nice but the management is very poor. It’s a shame because before Cortland took over that wasn’t an issue at all. Now management does not reply, there’s construction daily, nothing gets done, and amenities are unusable currently. I personally wouldn’t have moved here had I known.

The Apartment complex is great, some minor improvements need to be made but honestly I never wanted to move out of here after I moved in. It’s about the community you’re in and this community is great all around, great neighborhood and neighbors.

It’s been great living here, I’ve been here for about 3 years and I love it. The staff and maintenance are great and attentive. The property is neatly maintained and I love all the event hosted by the leasing office!
Love staying here! The neighborhood is kept up staff are nice and very attentive. I just renewed my lease and I'm going to renew again my apartment is spacious and has everything I need for my family!
We're very pleased with our choice to become residents here at Lakeview, everything went smoothly and the property is very well maintained. Having a Lakeview place was a very pleasant surprise.
The property's maintenance has shown significant improvement in several areas. The barbecue area, which was previously unusable for months, has been fully restored. Similarly, the pool has reopened after being closed for several weeks, and the theater has been successfully renovated and is now operational. However, some concerns remain. The gym continues to suffer from inadequate maintenance, with multiple pieces of equipment missing or unusable due to damage. Additionally, the barbecue area reservation fee has increased, from $75 to $100 per day. It is an unjustified increase. Several key areas lack surveillance cameras, which could enhance overall safety and monitoring capabilities.
We still love it here. We been here 5 years and our biggest complaint is the termites. Sometimes you can hear your upstairs neighbor but it's mostly cause they are heavy footed and slam doors.
Great so far.... Have been living at the Lodge since May 2024 and must admit that we are enjoying the space and comfort the Apartment is offering us. The amenities are wonderful and the staff are all superb.

Moving in was effective and easy. Some noticeable tweaks had to be fixed in the apartment, but upon notifying maintenance, the issues had been resolved the same day. Staff is friendly and attentive. The neighbors are respectful, and the common areas are well kept.
