Absolutely love living here! The amenities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and always helpful. The grounds are well-maintained, and the location is perfect, close to shopping and parks. My apartment is spacious and bright, making it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Great looking community in a good location near everything. The apartments come with a built in desk which is very convenient for me since I’m Still in school. Management has a food truck pretty regularly, which is pretty cool and convenient. Office staff Is really nice and willing to help with any needs or concerns and maintenance seems pretty good and quick. The new paint job is coming out really nice, especially with the tones. I recommend this place if you’re looking. Wish the fitness center was bigger but ne management says they will be re doing the gym so I’m excited to see the changes.

This is a really cute community. The lake is just beautiful and charming. The ducks and water fountain is amazing. My service requests are always completed with a smile. I love living here. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and the grounds this property sits on is just beautiful. The lake is my favorite part. I get to sit on my patio and see the nice grounds. This property just underwent new management, but I can say that they are making huge improvements already like painting the building. New office staff is really nice and helpful and the maintenance guys are pretty cool too

I am planning my move here after summer for school and i will be choosing Lakecrest as my new home I recently toured the community and the welcoming from the staff was so friendly it felt like home the grounds were clean and inviting plus it is so close to school and so many things to do and eat close by.

This property is absolutely beautiful—especially the lake! It’s so peaceful and scenic. I do wish there were more barbecue areas closer to the pool, but the renovations the community is doing look amazing so far. The location is super convenient for me, and overall, I’m very happy here!

I want to tour this place and it was in a perfect location. I’m currently waiting for a job offer at Moffit and if I get the job I’m for sure getting an apartment here. The office gave me so much information and was very friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice lake too with little ducks which is really cute

I’ve really enjoyed living at this property. The grounds are well-kept, the maintenance team is responsive, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood, and I love how close it is to shopping, dining, and major highways. Definitely a great place to call home!

Beautiful apartments and great location. However, Cortland Lakecrest as a new management company sucks! We are being charged for everything! Insurance liability requirement is $100k, well above usual apartment requirements. There is a $20 amenity fee for the same amenities that were free. There are hidden fees for “use of common areas” and “electric” which are separate and built into your water/sewer. Valet trash increased from $25 to $30. My water/sewer/trash bill has jumped from $90 to $140 but my consumption hasn’t changed. In today’s economy, all of the extra fees add up! It’s unfortunate what they are doing, because this complex used to be such a hidden gem!
The apartments are nice but the management is very poor. It’s a shame because before Cortland took over that wasn’t an issue at all. Now management does not reply, there’s construction daily, nothing gets done, and amenities are unusable currently. I personally wouldn’t have moved here had I known.
I love living here, the apartments are beautiful and well kept! Maintenance and office staff are amazing, friendly and make this place feel like home.
It is too soon to provide an honest assessment due to Cortland being the third owner of this complex within the 6 years I have resided here.
The Apartment complex is great, some minor improvements need to be made but honestly I never wanted to move out of here after I moved in. It’s about the community you’re in and this community is great all around, great neighborhood and neighbors.
It’s been great living here, I’ve been here for about 3 years and I love it. The staff and maintenance are great and attentive. The property is neatly maintained and I love all the event hosted by the leasing office!
Love staying here! The neighborhood is kept up staff are nice and very attentive. I just renewed my lease and I'm going to renew again my apartment is spacious and has everything I need for my family!
We're very pleased with our choice to become residents here at Lakeview, everything went smoothly and the property is very well maintained. Having a Lakeview place was a very pleasant surprise.
The property's maintenance has shown significant improvement in several areas. The barbecue area, which was previously unusable for months, has been fully restored. Similarly, the pool has reopened after being closed for several weeks, and the theater has been successfully renovated and is now operational. However, some concerns remain. The gym continues to suffer from inadequate maintenance, with multiple pieces of equipment missing or unusable due to damage. Additionally, the barbecue area reservation fee has increased, from $75 to $100 per day. It is an unjustified increase. Several key areas lack surveillance cameras, which could enhance overall safety and monitoring capabilities.
We still love it here. We been here 5 years and our biggest complaint is the termites. Sometimes you can hear your upstairs neighbor but it's mostly cause they are heavy footed and slam doors.
Great so far.... Have been living at the Lodge since May 2024 and must admit that we are enjoying the space and comfort the Apartment is offering us. The amenities are wonderful and the staff are all superb.

Moving in was effective and easy. Some noticeable tweaks had to be fixed in the apartment, but upon notifying maintenance, the issues had been resolved the same day. Staff is friendly and attentive. The neighbors are respectful, and the common areas are well kept.

Oh my God, it's a beautiful, upscale residential complex. There's a lake there that I love walking around and watching the sunset around. The place here is very beautiful.

Chatty and nosiest neighbors upstairs. I would like to see upgrades to residents units. No incentives when you renew lease. The maintenance team are the greatest.

I've gone to the office a few times and written down repairs needed... I've even had the guys over here that said that the repairs would be done soon but they have not been done. I gave up. Taking away the theater for so long was a huge disappointment and now changing the way that people can reserve it has not proven to be positive for me and I used to use the theater all the time.. charging for the clubhouse now to have a few friends over for a party is not what I had in mind for my clubhouse either.. food trucks and pizza have been canceled several times so I just quit looking for the dates... Ever since I had the guys change my water filter on the fridge, the water has not come out properly... My outside soffit has been broken since I moved here so it causes rain water to pour in to a certain area on the porch and get it super dirty... Was told by one of the guys that it would be put on the list to do a few days after he came here but I haven't heard anything

The complex is clean and everyone is friendly. The amenities are amazing with screening room, a pool, and a game lounge. The lake in the middle is very nice and provides a relaxing atmosphere.

We just recently moved in, but so far so good. Love love live how the complex looks and how spacious the apartments are. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the leasing office. There are two women there that are misinformed about move in procedure. Austin on the other hand is amazing and so so polite/helpful!

The community is beautiful, but the amenities lacks of maintenance. There is gym equipment without the foam pad. The grill at the clubhouse isn't working for months. There are neighbors that don’t cleanup the dog park after their pets poop, and the administration doesn’t install cameras to avoid that behavior.
Dog park is ways dirty. If cameras were there and tickets were given, the space would be better. Trash guidelines are not followed and threatening residents change nothing.
