Really poor communication by management. They are extremely slow to respond, if they respond at all. There have been a number of issues with the building (dog poop everywhere, dog pee in the elevator, water shut offs, bobcat plowing snow between midnight and 5am) that they eventually share with residents, but often leave semi-resolved or unresolved altogether. Would not recommend living here. Will not be renewing our lease.
