The Winstead Park neighborhood is just a few miles northeast of downtown Boise. Here, renters live on quiet streets with abundant trees and other greenery. In the center of the neighborhood sits its namesake park, an 11-acre, pet-friendly recreational getaway with walking paths and a covered picnic area. For sports enthusiasts, tennis courts, soccer fields, and open spaces provide ample outlets for calorie-burning, recreational activity.
To sample artisan bread in a variety of flavors, grab oven-fresh loaves at Great Harvest Bread Co. If you crave fresh Idaho salmon, check out the Sockeye Grill and Brewery. For sushi, try the popular Kyoto Japanese Steak House.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Lillian
My parents were in a horrible position and I had to secure an apartment for my parents during their time of need. The staff here are amazing. The apartments are roomy and they you actually have a lot of space for the price. They have laundry facilities and it is a quiet community. Peaceful and quiet. The staff Kathryn and the front office are so helpful and kind. I would recommend this place for anyone’s parents or even someone who qualifies for a retirement way of living. This place was amazing! Thanks Kathryn for being my angels during my parents transition!

Hello, thank you for the 5 star review! We love to hear feedback like yours and really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, we will be sure to pass along the kind message to Kathryn! Please let us know if there is anything we can help with. - Leisure Villa Management Team
This has been my home for many years .No matter where you live, there are bound to be changes. Since Leisure Villa was purchased by new owners over a year ago, many changes have happened. They painted the outside of the buildings ,put on new gutters, had trees trimmed and pruned, resurfaced the parking lot, maintenance issues are being resolved. etc. .There have been significant rent increases; however, no matter where you live, taxes go up every year, including if you are purchasing your own home .The rent increases here reflect current market rates. Since we are a community of senior citizens, some of the changes were initially hard to accept, but most all of us have adapted well and continue to enjoy our homes and our community of" family "here, which is the atmosphere we like to encourage and maintain. The new management team is trying hard to make things better and they will work with tenants as much as can. Since new management took over, this has become a better place to live .No matter where you live, there will always be a disgruntled tenant or two, but management will work with you. If you work with them. Leisure Villa has been my home for many years, and I no plans on moving anywhere else.
