I have lived here about ten months now and I think it's pretty dreamy. My home feels more like a condo and I like the carpet in the hallways. The office staff is always pleasant and maintenance has been pretty quick to fix things. I recommend to friends and family!

I’ve lived at The Lights at Northwinds for over a year now, and it’s been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, the management team was friendly and helpful. They made the move-in process so smooth, and I really appreciated their responsiveness to any questions I had. The community itself is beautiful — the landscaping is well-maintained, and there’s a nice mix of trees and green spaces that make it feel peaceful. The amenities are top-notch! I use the fitness center regularly, and it’s always clean and well-equipped. The pool area is perfect for relaxing during the warmer months, and the clubhouse is great for hosting friends. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and a great layout. I love the natural light that comes through the windows. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which has been important to me as I live alone. One of the biggest perks is the location — it’s close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. But it still feels like a bit of a retreat from the busyness of the city. I also appreciate that the new team, Kamry and Tristan, hosts events throughout the year for residents, like holiday parties and BBQs, which is a nice way to meet neighbors. If you haven't seen The Lights at Northwinds you should really go and tour this super nice community! Beautiful custom finishes and the ceilings are taller than any other community I've toured. The amenities are great too! If you are looking for a quiet community that is close to shopping and restaurants, this is the one!

This community is a hidden gem! Tucked away in the best location, private but centrally located to all that Alpharetta has to offer. I really enjoyed my tour with Kamry. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I also met the property director she came out to introduce herself when I returned from the tour. These apartments really feel like small homes! Everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the best tours we’ve gone on so far!

Love the location. It’s super convenient to downtown Alpharetta and Avalon. It’s easy to get around. They have social events where you can actually get to know and meet your neighbors. Love the amenities and love the interiors. Beautiful spacious and roomy!

I love my tall cabinets and ceilings, huge walk in closet and peaceful green area. Needs some landscaping love though but overall a great place to live.

I have lived here for a year and have had a very positive experience. The complex is always clean, quiet, and safe. The maintenance staff is very responsive. It’s a great location with easy access to Route 400, downtown Alpharetta, and is situated on the Alpha Loop. The leasing staff organizes community socials to help residents get to know each other. The pool party was very well done with delicious food, decorations, and live music.

I leased with Kamry and she was friendly and helpful with my questions moving from out of state. My apartment is top floor with a nice view of the pool. It's quiet and close to everything. The dog park is tiny so I don't like my dogs in there so I just walk them around the building which has lots of space for them to go. I use 400 for work commuting so this spot is convenient for me.

I chose this place because it is close to my work and avalon and downtown. I bike on the Alpha Loop and its super convenient. The bike storage here is great. Tall ceilings is good for a tall guy. Haven't had any major problems. Good stuff and I have recommended it to my coworkers.

My co worker knew I was looking for a place and I was referred here, after touring the property I immediately applied. Super close to everything in Alpharetta and I love the small boutique property it also has tons of amenities.. the pet spa is insane!

The owners have decided to economize.they no longer air condition rhe common area and the coffee machine hasn't worked in a month. The elevators are only working 50% of the time They have cut down the hours of the maintenance and cleaning staff. I have heard that the owners of the property have done similar things at their property in midtown. I wish could break my lease.

The air conditioner in the sky lounge required refrigerant, which we had to wait on delivery of, from our supplier. As soon as we had the refrigerant in, the sky lounge air conditioning was repaired. The coffee machine's power cord went bad and our coffee vendor was called out immediately to replace it. Unfortunately, the new power code was not compatible with the machine's software and we had to wait for the vendor to install new software. The coffee machine is fully repaired now and if you have any further problems, please contact us at the office at 678-919-7500. We want you to be happy here! We have not cut back on maintenance or cleaning staff hours. I assure you we are fully staffed and happy to address any concerns you may have. This month we have been shampooing all of our corridor carpets and pressure-washing the garage to ensure we maintain the community to a high standard. Horrible communication. It is horrendous. They do NOT respond to emails unless you send it to a specific person (with their own unique email). They do NOT respond to portal messages. They do NOT call you back if you leave a voicemail. What’s even better? If you call during the day, they will often say something like “let me look into this and call you back in 30 minutes”. They never actually call back!! This has happened multiple times. I even tried reserving a parking spot but they failed to call me back. This place is too expensive to have a complete lack of communication. To top it all off, they consistently prove that they don’t care. They use Package Concierge for deliveries. They don’t notify you of deliveries 90% of the time. What did the leasing staff do? They tell you that if packages are left for 5 days, they send them back. Not every company notifies you when their packages are delivered at your address. This apartment complex does not care about you. Every single time I see another resident in the package room, we have the same exact frustrations while we sort through abandoned packages in an unorganized room. It takes 5+ min to dig for your own package. Do better, “Lights at Northwinds”. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I’m not renewing my lease.

Stopped by to view some apartments in the area. I was greeted by the leasing agent, Zayna. Zayna was super helpful, pleasant, and professional the entire tour. The rooms are modern and well kept. The location is perfect and close to everything you would ever need. Kudos to Zayna for doing such an excellent job showing me around and answering all my questions.
Zayna was amazing very professional and beautiful property can’t wait to call it home!
My wife and I are moving to Georgia from out of state and the whole process, naturally, has been challenging and overwhelming. Looking for an apartment to move into has not been an exception. We have combed through dozens of apartment properties before we settled on The Heights. The service we received from Zayna at The Heights is outstanding! She professionally and promptly answered volume of questions I had over the last three weeks and given us all of the guidance and information we needed to confidently decide to lease with The Heights. She has given us a virtual tour of several apartment units we were interested in and continued to answering our questions well during and after the virtual tour. After the tour, I found out that Zayna has been working overtime for few days that week and had to deal with a medical emergency on site before she gave us a virtual tour of several apartment units. It’s natural to be frustrated and show signs of exhaustion from going through such rough morning and last few days yet she maintained her composure and continued to answer our questions and show us all the corners of each unit that we wanted to see. Knowing how tough the move from out of state has been to us, she worked with us to accommodate our move and give us everything we need to make it easier even while she was going through hell of a week herself. That’s a world-class service. My wife and I signed a lease with The Heights last week and are happy to call The Heights our new home.
This property from the start is amazing. The property manager Dana is the sweetest and will do anything for her residents. Great friendly staff and always has smiles on there faces. The property is beautiful and they have great amenities like recycling. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live then Heights at Northwinds is your place in Alpharetta. Oh did i mention its less than a mile from Northpoint mall, Yeahhh
I enjoyed my time here. The property is beautiful and my leasing agent, Zayna did a phenomenal job. I asked alot of questions and she answered all of them. She was patient and kind. She represents the company well. I would recommend moving here and when you visit ask for Zayna.

My partner and I moved to Georgia at the start of February and looked around Alpharetta for a conveniently situated property. The property's proximity to the highway was a huge selling point and we toured the property shortly after arriving. The common areas were very nicely maintained and the floorplans were as seen on virtual tours online. On Sunday I went to the leasing office to get more information on the apartments. I met Zayna, she has gone the extra mile every single time I had questions or needed more information. About two weeks ago my apartment search led me to the Heights @ Northwinds. I wanted to tour this property due to their awesome floor plans and clean aesthetics that I saw online. When I arrived I was welcomed by the leasing professionals and immediately fell in love with the beauty of the property. The common areas are very well appointed and the apartments exceeded my expectations. I am definitely excited about making this place my home and encourage you to consider it in your apartment search if you are looking for sleek and clean apartments with a wonderful staff.

I enjoyed my tour with Zayna. She showed me different floor plans, and was very knowledgeable and detailed with all questions I had. The apartments are quite beautiful, with high ceilings, and nice sized kitchens. The complex is new, very pretty, and close to shopping and restaurants, as well as GA-400. I highly recommend you take a look at them.
