This place have an infestation problem and mold. You always have the police outside because of different crimes! They don’t fix anything! You literally have to put in multiple request and it still takes them a while! The old residents pay the exact same price as new residents. They always changing company, office team, and maintenance team! It’s always something at this residence.

This apartment complex is one of the worst I have ever lived in. It's dirty and trashy. Tenants aren't held accountable by management. Noise issues. Pet problems. I don't recommend.

Nice apartments if maintenance kept up with the property, kids run the apartments , they are allowed to damage property and allowed to run around after what was supposed to be a curfew. Office staff is nice but most things they can’t control or are unwilling to adjust . Get a camera for your outside if you plan to move here as teens and underage kids will vandalize .

They half remodeled the inside because the outside is ran down. Walk ways doesn’t get sprayed down. Garages aren’t available to residents and they have bugs in the units.

The Life at Westland Estates in Fort Worth is not a good place to live. I wouldn't recommend it. The property is filthy. They have no care at all about the way the community lives and how it looks.

The life at Westland Estates are good Apartments the apartments are spacious pricing is good,close to the highway and grocery stores the maintenance team is awesome they come and fix things quick and the management is excellent here

I'd never recommend this place. Working on getting out ASAP. Continuous management turn over... no security. Feels very unsafe. Last 2 years has been the absolute worst living here.

I am very happy with how great the office staff is when I have a problem they are always there to help me the maintenance staff has been great also very quick to respond to any problem I have the apartments are beautiful and clean well lit outdoors seemed very safe have had no problems since I’ve been here I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone

No one ever answers the phone. I have roaches so bad they are taking over. I have been paying for covered parking for a few years and now they have no record of it. The rent is too high. I literally hate it here.

New management is doing a great job correcting past errors and issues from old management. They came in ready to work and are doing their best to get everything taken care of in a timely fashion. I was ready to move asap because of the previous owners but this team had renewed my faith in the complex. Great job!
the scenery of the buildings and the apartments is excellent. As well as the inside inside of the apartments. the interior exterior both match the modern look that is trending right now.
