Beautiful apartments great customer service and maintenance work done within the 24 hours

The location is very convenient with easy access to I-10, grocery stores, and more. There have been some maintenance issues in the apartment, but overall the maintenance staff (shout out to Augustin) have been so kind and attentive whenever I have an issue! Annette, the manager, and Samantha are also very friendly and really appreciate them putting together events such as a pool bbq to build community.

I have lived at the legends of El Paso for the last 5 years. The maintenance team responds quickly to any issues we had . Samantha and Brian were terrific in the front office dealing with issues and during the move out process. I would not hesitate to call the legends of El Paso my home again.

These apartments are in a great area, being within walking and biking distance from Walmart, Albertsons, and numerous restaurants. The staff is also extremely helpful when needed and friendly all the time.

I was trying to rent here. I have called 2 weeks in a row, nobody answers the phone, I left 4 voice mails and nobody returns my calls. Brutally unprofessional.

Loved living in these apartments. Great prices and location! Staff is super friendly and were on top of maintenance.

They made me pay for nights that i did not spend there!!! I did not get back my security deposit though I left the apartment in a perfect state. Bad receptionist

Legends of El Paso seems nice on the outside, but the complex is riddled with maintenance issues and poor management. Upon first contact, the front desk will appear friendly and attentive. Once the lease is signed, however, the front desk accomplishes the bare minimum. There are frequent issues with sewage backup, plumbing, broken utilities, trash littered about, and worst of all, the water constantly being turned off. During our year at Legends, the water was turned off to the entire complex, sometimes without warning, a total of 9 times (evidence of which is in the pictures below). The water could be turned off for a few hours, or twice the water was turned off for a couple of days. This means no showering after a long day of work and apologizing to guests that they have tl go to a nearby store to use the restroom. Twice the issues with the pipes were so bad, that sewage began backing up into our sink. Each time, we spent two hours dumbing the sewage water into our bathtub to avoid flooding while waiting for maintenance to arrive. Calls to the front desk go straight to voicemail and emails rarely get a reply. They claim to be a gated community, but our entire stay the front gate has always been wide open. Workout equipment was never cleaned and the thermostat was often broken. There were frequent noise complaints in the middle of the night that were never addressed by management. These issues occasionally escalated to the point of domestic violence and the police getting called. When we moved out, we were told we would only be charged for cleaning and for minor damages to the blinds. Not only were we charged $140 for carpet cleaning, but we were shocked to find out later that we were charged close to $500 to replace the carpet in each room. Apparently, the carpets were unable to be cleaned even though they were installed in 2018, and the front desk emailed us on 11/28/2022 stating that a request was submitted to have the $140 carpet cleaning charge refunded. Two months later, I still cannot get ahold of anyone from the front desk. Nobody has contacted us regarding any refund for being double charged. Bottom line, the front desk will do everything in their power to sign a lease, then completely drop off the radar.

Great location, quick access to I-10. Walmart, Cinemark, and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Community is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you!

Quiet neighborhood well constructed apartment units. Originally wanted to move to Avalon West next door but for a 1 bedroom you get a bigger unit for cheaper, I love the deep tubs and spacious closet. Nice gym and pool. And covered parking. Better than the north east that’s for sure.

This use to be a good place to live, but has been taken over by inconsiderate loud, obnoxious neighbors. I have given the management office several opportunities to address the issue but nothing has been done. My vehicle has been vandalized since I have tried to address the issue myself. If you have a family, or otherwise enjoy a peaceful home, this is not the place for you.

I just recently moved out of The Legends after 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say. The one bedroom apartment is beautiful and spacious. The maintenance guys were always attentive and efficient. All of my work orders were always fixed within 24- 48 hours. The office staff was always nice and helpful. I strongly recommend these apartments! The office staff will make it a breeze to move in and out. Everything was so simple I could not believe it! Thank you Legends staff for making my stay wonderful!

Ever since the change in Property Management, the complex has gone downhill fast. The grass has turned to dirt, and the only time basic maintenance is performed, such as changing light bulbs that often need replacing, is when you specifically put in a work order request. Ironically enough, part of the maintenance staff lives on the premises and could care less! There are frequent problems with the water being shut off hours at a times without prior notification. These apartments used to be a joy to live in but are quickly becoming a nightmare...

I move in a few weeks into the apartment. From the first day I met Jessica and took a tour of the complex I was sold. I had 3 other viewings scheduled for the day and didn't even have to attend them because I already made the decision to choose this place. The staff was friendly and Jessica helped me throughout the whole application process and answered all my questions. I'm excited for the move. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Havent moved in yet but Paola and Diana have been helpful and have helped me move things along quickly well be moving in in less than a month and we are excited

Amazing experience from the staff, particularly Sonja, during a difficult situation. The staff are very willing to work you to make your moving experience the best it can be!

Took deposit for an out of state transferee, and cancelled the rental. Prior discussion was has, and these jokers were advised that the answer will be provided by late October. "No problem at all" is what they said. Lo and behold, "we didn't hear from you, so your lease agreement is terminated" message greeted me. Stay away from these shady folks.

Can NOT recommend this company.  Am working on a cross-country move, took the time to fly down and see the town and checked the place.  I liked it, put in the app fee, the processing fee, a down payment and was assured if my transfer did not go through I'd get my deposit back.  I stayed in touch telling them I'd have word in October at some point and they just cashed the money telling me they would offer no refund despite me being in touch not mere weeks prior to update.  BE WARE!

I lived here several years ago and had a wonderful experience. Moved back just recently and am very disappointed in the new office staff. Apartment building was recently bought out by a new company, so I'm hoping they will get their office staff some desperately needed customer service training but until then, I can't really recommend these apartments unless you're lucky enough to never need their assistance with anything.

I lived at Legends for a year during grad school. Prompt maintenance, Always felt safe, parking always available, office staff always available, quiet complex with friendly neighbors (and pets!). Loved it here, the apartment was a great size and the price was great too. Super easy access to I-10 and near so many grocery stores and shopping. Perfect place to live and would highly recommend to anyone!

We moved from a house to an apartment at The Legends of El Paso and have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years. Initially, we were skeptical about moving back into an apartment after having lived in a house for many, many years. But from the moment Luis gave us a tour of two different floor plans...we were sold. We loved the layout of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment; but the view from the Balcony won us over immediately! They are wonderful with pets and provide various mini-doggie parks throughout the complex. Liz and her entire staff from the Office to Maintenance is wonderful; they are very quick and responsive to any service issue we may have - we have come to know them all and they always know us by name! There is peace, quiet and tranquility in the complex; and we feel very safe and secure living here.

Used to live in this complex 6 years ago! and now we are back!!! In my opinion there are the most spacious apartments in El Paso!! the bedrooms are BIG! The kitchen gives you a feel that you are in a house. I love that there is a desk, and that the laundry room is separate from the rest of the apartment!. The staff here is great. If you have any issues they will come right away to fix it!. The pool gives you a feel of a resort pool. And last but not least they always have cookies in the leasing office :P!

I love the location of these apartments! they are close to everything, even the movies!!! you can easily walk from here to Walmart, Home depot, Cinemark, and some shoppes!!! Each space from the apartment has their own private space, giving you the feel of a house. You also get a storage and it is very spacious! the staff will come and help you right a way if you need something! If you need something fixed (very rare) maintenance will come right away! If you are looking for private, spacious, quiet apartments! this is the place!

I seriously love the location of these apartments!! I work near Sunland Park Mall and I get there within 5 minutes with the new freeway ramp they opened. Walmart, Home depot, Cinemark, Shoppes! everything is within 1 minute no kidding!!!.. The pool is great! with it was summer still!!!! they have a beach volleyball court next to the pool which make you feel you are on vacation! The gym is great, it has everything you need for a full body workout, cardio machines are always in good condition. The staff at the leasing office is very cool! they will always help you, and they will always have cookies and coffee :).. staff is very kind. Last but not least I feel safe in this apartments because it privacy. If you are considering moving to an apartment, come and watch it yourself.

Absolutely a wonderful place to live at with a great staff that will take care of anything you need! Legends should be your first choice if looking for an apartment rental. I have been in the military for 22 years and have lived at many locations on different assignments and this place is absolutely number 1 with it's safe and secure gated community. The staff is responsive and quicklytake care of any issues (which are few), and most of all, when you are gone, they still stay in contact to help out in any way. I couldn't ask for a better location, great neighbors, and plenty of places to visit and shop. I absolutely love the place .

I've lived here for over 6 months now. The staff in the office are very attentive and accommodating. I moved in short notice, and the staff was so helpful and in constant contact with me. They are highly military friendly; a diverse community. The grounds are well maintained, my dog and I love the spacious dog park.... one of the top reasons we moved here!! Now that the Resler ramp and Desert Pass are connected, I-10 is so convenient to access. I highly recommend The Legends for the Location & the Staff... they make the experience of living here comfortable.

The apartments are spacious, the neighbors are awesome, and the facility in general is well-managed. Living here has made moving to El Paso a great experience.

We have been here for over two years now and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. After moving from Virginia, The Legends became our home away from home. The units are very nice. We have accent walls, beautiful carpets, good appliances and tall ceilings. The complex is also in a great location-- we are right next to the I-10 ramp, and in walking distance from Walmart, Cinemark Movie Theater, and other stores. The complex is approximately 15 minutes away from UTEP. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance is also very fast to respond to work orders. We had a minor issue in our unit and maintenance was there within an hour to assist us. We love living here!

If you want a luxuries and quite place to live then this is the spot. The staff is fantastic they are always ready to help specially Luis he has made me feel very special and accommodates my every need. Maintenance is awesome they are always friendly. There isn't a day when they don't smile and say hi to me. I would definitely recommend this place as one of the best apartment complexes in the west of El Paso.

When I first moved to El Paso, I was a bit overwhelmed because I wasn’t acclaimed with the city and I wanted to live in an area that's safe; somewhere I can call home, away from home. I must say I found home at the Legends apartment and I've been living here for over a year. You'll find the location very convenient; it's located right in the middle of everything: Wal-Mart, Home Depot, restaurants, gas stations, shopping outlet etc. The staff is very attentive and friendly and the maintenance team is just superb; they are very quick in response to any issues you may have in your apartment.

These apartments are beautiful and very well-maintained. I should know--been here for over six years! Such a friendly and helpful staff and the best maintenance crew anywhere! The location couldn't be better--Walmart, Home Depot, Steinmart, Cinemark, and a brand-new Jason's are all within walking distance. The post office is right across the street along with many restaurants, a medical supply store and even a second-hand bookstore. You'll love the convenience and the comfort of living here!

This place has such great staff. I've probably asked a million questions and never did I feel rushed or like my questions didn't matter. I came in with my three children and while I was handling paper work another staff member entertained my children. They took us on a tour of the property and were patient. The next day we came back and my son thought he lost his book but the staff found it and saved it for him. We decided this was the place for our family. We are enjoying living here and the amenities are awesome. Pool, beach volleyball, gym, business center and not to mention walking distance to Walmart, Home Depot, bus depot, and the movies!

My husband and I moved in a year ago. We are getting ready to renew our lease. It has been an amazing experience, the guys from maintenance are really nice, they always say hi to you when they see you walking around. The people from the leasing office are super helpful and alway go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Its a gated community, so its really safe. They also have a courtesy cop on duty, in case of an emergency you can always call him. The pool is not the largest but its really nice, its never too packed. Everyone in general is very friendly, you can go to the pool to grill and next thing you know you have new friends. Everything is close to the apartments and at walking distance, gas station, walmart, home depot, restaurants. The apartments are very big and they have a great prices. I would definitly recommend for everyone to check out. You wont regret it.

My wife and I moved here two months ago, since I am in the army. We love it here! The staff is awesome, maintenance isn't needed much, but when in need they are quick to respond. The pool is great, we are close to everything ( target, walmart, taco bell, gas station, grocery store, etc.) the apartment has good price and it's nice inside. My wife is picky! So, if she approves, then it must be nice. we would definitely recommend.
