The Legends Apartments

Great vibe! Everyone is nice and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing what all they have to offer. Heard that they do community events but we just moved in so I have not experienced that as of yet.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed living in our apartment! The natural light that floods in from the large windows is a definite highlight. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, and we couldn't be happier!

So far so good. We are loving the amenities and timely maintenance. The place is cozy and quiet too. A little cleaning in the front area of our doors would do wonders for the community. Please consider the request. I would rate 5 stars.

I have had the BEST experience with Karissa and Morgan!! They are both so nice and helpful. They have been accommodating and answered all of my questions (and I had MANY!). They helped me pick out the perfect floor plan after listening carefully to my needs and desires and have made the whole move in process so easy!! I’ve lived at other apartments and the customer service was NOTHING LIKE THIS! They are the best and the community is wonderful - great location and amenities plus lots of square footage and windows in apartments !!!

It gives me the location of the apartments, the attention of the staff and being able to enjoy the common areas, they are always in perfect condition. .

I’ve enjoyed living here. The location is unbeatable in its convenience. I do wish something could be done about some neighbors smoking indoors. Beautiful and mostly clean community!

Sue from maintenance is wonderful, and is quick to always respond to orders. Front office staff has turned out to be disappointing. They are often cold and stand offish.

The community always looks very nice. Was happy to see that the dog park was updated with new fencing quickly. Having the car vacuum is a wonderful amenity and added bonus!

Everything has been great except the fact we have had issues with spiders/ants ever since we moved in. Have had bug spraying every 2 weeks and has helped some. Sue and Kevin have been great!!!!

The Legends apartment complex is a fine place to live. It’s quiet, valet trash, close to restaurants, shopping, walking trails, and a movie theater! I think the location is key in making this a place we’ve called home for 3 years. There a couple of things that aren’t as great. There is a little bit of a dog waste issue, people don’t clean up after their dogs, which is gross. Also the amount of vehicles that don’t move make it look less classy and more like a junkyard. Maybe these things are out of the maintenance and offices control but still worth mentioning.

Love it here. Feels like home already. So glad to have a nice new space to be able to call mine. Thankful for the nice community and the amenities.

I'm staying here for a month now. The apartments are lovely with a nice view and fountain. We have a tennis court and car wash which are pretty useful. The maintenance is amazing with quick fixes. Overall, a nice community in and out.

The community is beautiful with a tennis court, children park, and dog park. It also has an indoor fitness center and a swimming pool. The apartments are as beautiful as the outdoors.

I have only been a resident for a little over a month now. However I feel like we have lived here a long time. Sue always smiles and waves when we see her out and about on the grounds. Sue and Kevin do an amazing job at keeping up all the common areas in the community. Looking forward to taking advantage of the pool and fitness area now that all the boxes are unpacked and can take a breath.

The maintenance staff have been keeping the property so clean lately, including the breezeways and grounds. Springtime has looked great at Indian Springs this year!

I am overall happy with my choice in moving into this apartment and community. I don’t have any complaints this far and look forward to the summer months by the pool.

We recently moved into The Legends apartments, so far it is nothing but Exceptional. It is a peaceful community with all amenities and friendly staff.

I am a new resident at the apartments. Our lease process was done by Madison pretty quick with all the information needed. Theresa handed us the keys and she was very friendly. The response to emails is quick so that we can have all our queries resolved. So far, it has been a great experience.

At first there were some maintenance issues to be addressed in the apt and they were personally by Sue. The grounds look very nice. The apt. was very clean

Fine apartments to live in. We’ve been here for three years. There are some issues with our appliances but nothing that’s surprising for a large apartment complex. The Legends apartments are a quiet and safe place to live. It’s close to shopping, many restaurants, walking trails, and very dog friendly.

It has been peaceful and pleasant. Clean community and helpful staff on sight. Lovely walking trails and plenty of shopping opportunities nearby.

I love our community! The office staff is so awesome! The maintenance team is fantastic! The pool is so clean and nice! And the location couldn’t be better for our fur babies!

Since my first phone call to the property to check availability Karesa and Madison have been amazing with customer service. Then having to meet Sue with maintenance so soon upon move in was a great experience. All three have made the process of moving back home to Kentucky to Florida an absolute pleasure and look forward to our time her at The Legends with this dynamic trio at the helm.

It has been a very easy and smooth process, especially when I couldn't physically be there until move in. The apartment is well kept and really spacious with lots of light, really appreciate it! Ms. Karesa and Madison have been wonderful and I'm excited to be part of this community!

Everyone has been very friendly while I was moving in this week! The community lives friendliness so much, someone who had just met me and my friends that were helping me move, helped us push the heaviest washer ever created up the flight of stairs! Great place to be, I am so excited to live here!

It has been an enjoyable process. The location is quite unbeatable, literally walking distance from several stores. It’s a clean neighborhood with wonderful maintenance and staff.

As most apartments it has its issues , but over all it’s been a great space. Location is amazing, walking trails, shopping, polite maintenance persons and staff. It’s quiet ish depending on what side you live on but I think most would agree it’s a fine place to live.

Maintenance and staff are quick to help and fix things. Sue with maintenance is amazing and even our dogs love her! Overall very happy with the community.

Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the team at Indian Legends has taken care of the issue quickly and with terrific customer service. Recently had a situation and was given a response that went above and beyond what I was expecting! Signed a new lease due to the great way the staff keeps up with communication and making it a pleasure to work with them.

Great location, beautiful apartments, lovely leasing office staff and maintenance is fantastic! We love enjoying the amenities! We love this place!

I just signed for another year! I love that there are walking trails, everything is pretty much in walking distance, Aldi is right across the street which is super convenient. The staff is great and the pricing is fair. I definitely recommend living here.

I’ve lived here for many years and I really enjoy how it feels like home. I love the easy access to all the walking trails. The friendly office staff and maintenance crew can’t be beat. The extra amenities are great too.

Location location location! Shopping, walking trails, dog park, and restaurants! The apartments are cozy and cute. It is relatively quiet depending on your neighbors.

I have loved living here and just about everything has been perfect. Except for how we pay rent. They recently changed to a new app and after a few months of having the app made it impossible to split rent. This is frustrating for me and my roommate because now one of us either has to buy checks or venmo each other and get taxed. When we talked to them about it they seemed like their hands were tied but even if they were I wish they would’ve sent an email and explained to us that this happened instead of letting us find out when we went to pay February’s rent. Other than that it’s been great living here and we love the apartment

A nice and quiet place to live, always quiet and respectful neighbors, good paths to walk and relax with nature, They have space for pets, although if it were more spacious it would be better. The pool area is very good, but the clubhouse is almost unusable, but it is a good place.

It has been an amazing experience and the staff is wonderful, just moved and I couldn’t be any more happier! My little ones are beyond amazed by their own bathroom and a bigger space for their bedroom.

Very communicative without being overly communicative. They offer great rates and the staff is always very friendly. The neighborhood is enjoyable and everything is well taken care of!

Great and friendly maintenance staff and office staff, who are quick to assist when needed. My apartment is bright and sunny, even in the winter, which has been a plus after this winter!

So far it has been great, love my giant windows. Staff is always helpful when we have concerns and maintenance is helpful when issues arise and gives advice on upkeep

Overall it’s been a great experience living at The Legends Apts. The location is amazing, shops, food, close to the Gene Snyder. They are quick to fix issues with the apartment. The couple negative things I can say are: They won’t allow you to move mid lease w/o paying $500 or if your within 2 months of you lease ending. Also the snow removal is slow, ice builds up, and it’s a skating rink.

I enjoy living here. Love walking the grounds, parking still remains an issue but other than that for the most been very happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful!

The staff is so great. The location is fantastic. They don't overcharge you like most apartments do these days. I see myself staying here for awhile.

The Legend apartments are in the best location for shopping and food options. They could use some updates inside of the apartments. Lately the ice and snow removal need some improvement. Overall I’m satisfied with living there.

The apartment has an excellent location, very convenient and accessible for daily life. The size is perfect for my needs, providing a functional and comfortable space. The amenities are okay, though they could be improved to add more value to the living experience. Overall, it's a good place to live and meets all the essentials.
