The Legends Apartments

I love our community! The office staff is so awesome! The maintenance team is fantastic! The pool is so clean and nice! And the location couldn’t be better for our fur babies!

Since my first phone call to the property to check availability Karesa and Madison have been amazing with customer service. Then having to meet Sue with maintenance so soon upon move in was a great experience. All three have made the process of moving back home to Kentucky to Florida an absolute pleasure and look forward to our time her at The Legends with this dynamic trio at the helm.

It has been a very easy and smooth process, especially when I couldn't physically be there until move in. The apartment is well kept and really spacious with lots of light, really appreciate it! Ms. Karesa and Madison have been wonderful and I'm excited to be part of this community!

Everyone has been very friendly while I was moving in this week! The community lives friendliness so much, someone who had just met me and my friends that were helping me move, helped us push the heaviest washer ever created up the flight of stairs! Great place to be, I am so excited to live here!

It has been an enjoyable process. The location is quite unbeatable, literally walking distance from several stores. It’s a clean neighborhood with wonderful maintenance and staff.

As most apartments it has its issues , but over all it’s been a great space. Location is amazing, walking trails, shopping, polite maintenance persons and staff. It’s quiet ish depending on what side you live on but I think most would agree it’s a fine place to live.

Maintenance and staff are quick to help and fix things. Sue with maintenance is amazing and even our dogs love her! Overall very happy with the community.

get experience great staff. all around good place to live. ive enjoyed my time here. they have good walking trails for you or your dogs with ponds to sit by and relax.

Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the team at Indian Legends has taken care of the issue quickly and with terrific customer service. Recently had a situation and was given a response that went above and beyond what I was expecting! Signed a new lease due to the great way the staff keeps up with communication and making it a pleasure to work with them.

Great location, beautiful apartments, lovely leasing office staff and maintenance is fantastic! We love enjoying the amenities! We love this place!

I just signed for another year! I love that there are walking trails, everything is pretty much in walking distance, Aldi is right across the street which is super convenient. The staff is great and the pricing is fair. I definitely recommend living here.

I’ve lived here for many years and I really enjoy how it feels like home. I love the easy access to all the walking trails. The friendly office staff and maintenance crew can’t be beat. The extra amenities are great too.

Location location location! Shopping, walking trails, dog park, and restaurants! The apartments are cozy and cute. It is relatively quiet depending on your neighbors.

I have loved living here and just about everything has been perfect. Except for how we pay rent. They recently changed to a new app and after a few months of having the app made it impossible to split rent. This is frustrating for me and my roommate because now one of us either has to buy checks or venmo each other and get taxed. When we talked to them about it they seemed like their hands were tied but even if they were I wish they would’ve sent an email and explained to us that this happened instead of letting us find out when we went to pay February’s rent. Other than that it’s been great living here and we love the apartment

A nice and quiet place to live, always quiet and respectful neighbors, good paths to walk and relax with nature, They have space for pets, although if it were more spacious it would be better. The pool area is very good, but the clubhouse is almost unusable, but it is a good place.

It has been an amazing experience and the staff is wonderful, just moved and I couldn’t be any more happier! My little ones are beyond amazed by their own bathroom and a bigger space for their bedroom.

Very communicative without being overly communicative. They offer great rates and the staff is always very friendly. The neighborhood is enjoyable and everything is well taken care of!

Great and friendly maintenance staff and office staff, who are quick to assist when needed. My apartment is bright and sunny, even in the winter, which has been a plus after this winter!

So far it has been great, love my giant windows. Staff is always helpful when we have concerns and maintenance is helpful when issues arise and gives advice on upkeep

Overall it’s been a great experience living at The Legends Apts. The location is amazing, shops, food, close to the Gene Snyder. They are quick to fix issues with the apartment. The couple negative things I can say are: They won’t allow you to move mid lease w/o paying $500 or if your within 2 months of you lease ending. Also the snow removal is slow, ice builds up, and it’s a skating rink.

I enjoy living here. Love walking the grounds, parking still remains an issue but other than that for the most been very happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful!

A wonderful and safe community with so many things to offer residents. The staff is always kind and courteous. Apartments are a great size and affordable.

The staff is so great. The location is fantastic. They don't overcharge you like most apartments do these days. I see myself staying here for awhile.

The Legend apartments are in the best location for shopping and food options. They could use some updates inside of the apartments. Lately the ice and snow removal need some improvement. Overall I’m satisfied with living there.

The apartment has an excellent location, very convenient and accessible for daily life. The size is perfect for my needs, providing a functional and comfortable space. The amenities are okay, though they could be improved to add more value to the living experience. Overall, it's a good place to live and meets all the essentials.

I love living at the Legends! I’ve been here over a year and have no plans to leave. My apartment is beautiful with big bright windows, the community is very well maintained, it’s extremely safe, the location is ideal and all the staff is incredible.

The staff is helpful and kind. The maintenance team (Sue) takes the extra step to take care of any issues. I love how they are always making upgrades on the property.

I abousoutly love madison and how helpful she has been with helping me. The new maintance crew is top knotch. The place is very peaceful and calming.

We have been living here since late 2021. We moved from MN for a job and needed a place quickly. They were very helpful over the phone and even sent us a video tour!

Excellent location, very nice neighborhood. I love the fact that there is a beautiful path for walking/running...Apartman is nice, it could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Everything was smooth and I appreciate that. I work from home so sometimes things get a little rough but I'm glad to call this my home. It's quiet over here and people actually speak and say hello

Very kind staff. Clean buildings. Well priced. I think this is the first complex in 3 years where I will be renewing my contract. It’s also in a great location! Lots to shop and eat nearby.

I love living here. the location, the amenities, the atmosphere, the tranquility and the apartments. I recommend living here. my whole family is very happy to be here.

This community feels like home. I am loving everything so far. Everyone is so friendly. Staff makes sure you are taken care of and if there are any problems they jump right on it.

I enjoying living here. The apartment staff does a good job with coming up with activities for our community. The walking paths and fireplaces are probably my favorite part. Parking is a bit of an issue but typically my only complaint!

Good place to live, apartment could use some updates but I’ve lived here for two years. I would assume other apartments have some. Management is kind and maintenance is quick to fix things if needed. 8-10

Nice, nice stuff very helpful the apartment could be improve but there are nice and big The car cleaning section is pretty helpful even if it doesn’t always work, overall great!!

My experience with the Legends Apartments has been a wonderful and positive relationship for now going on 15 years. The office staff has gone beyond to ensure a welcoming, supportive, safe, and respectful community for which I am grateful. I have always had a good communication with the office and they have listened. The maintenance staff is equally attentive to requests and residents needs and concerns. Of course you cannot overlook the fact that the Legends Apartments @ Indian Springs is conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, shopping and interstate connections. I’m very pleased , comfortable, and happy to live here as I have said for almost 15 years. Staff is accommodating , supportive, and a pleasure to work with. A very wonderful environment and community to call home.

I have been here over a year and I love this place! Everything I need is within 15 mins and it has beautiful walking paths. The staff is top notch and you can beat the price

It's been great since we moved in. No issues at this time and everyone seems really polite. Very nice community and so happy we chose Indian Legends as our home.

everything is fine, the apartment is comfortable, big, the residential complex is wonderful, only everyone around smokes and it stinks a lot in our apartment, we suffocate

Fantastic support. The community is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to be a part of this great community. The ease of which it was to sign the lease and get approved was absolutely incredible. I am so happy that I am a Legends resident and look to be a resident for the foreseeable future.
