Beautiful community, nice and quiet. Always neat and clean. Walking distance from Town Center, and only a few stop lights away from 470. Management, leasing agents are so helpful and have great communication with tenants. 10/10 recommended!
The community Is very nice, very quiet and calm atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love that the complex is near so many stores and that it is near a freeway entrance. Makes for easy commute for those that work further.
I have now been here for 13 months and still love it here. My husband and I have decided to sign another lease. Everyone in the office- Becca, Kelli, Estacha (I know i didnt spell it right) and Oscar are always so kind, funny and responsive to our needs. Our dogs got out and we were at work and they stopped what they were all doing to make sure we were okay and to help with the dogs until we got to the apartment. Let me tell you my dogs arent little dogs either lol. Lets move on to maintenance- they are all amazing. They make sure to read the notes you put in the system and call to work out a flexible time to come into the apartment to come look at the issue unless its an emergency. I cant tell you how amazing this complex is. We have a few great neighbors but typically everyone stays to themselves.
Love it! I have not had any issues. Maintenance is super quick and has no problem replacing something if needed. I can stop by the office and they are very quick and helpful with any questions or problems I have. The gym is great and never too packed. It might be my first apartment but it is a great one.

Apartment is great very clean and welcoming. Wish it was a first floor but none were available and valet trash would be a five star review but I do greatly appreciate the poop scoop service that was shocking and very much loved!

My apartment wasn't clean upon move-in, was very disappointing. The bathroom needs a lot of repairs as well. I couldn't take a shower after move in either

Good responsiveness for maintenance but things fall apart a lot. Apartment complex is in need of repairs even though the updated units have been cosmetically improved. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the neighborhood feels safe.

Amazing resident experience! We are always grateful for the help and attention we receive when reaching out to the front office staff. The community and location is great and we have been leasing here since 2020 and love it. There could be some upgrades across the board for appliances and the really outdated units but otherwise the experience has been great.

I have lived here for almost a year in October. We are signing a new lease. We love the staff here. Kelli, Oscar, Becca, Estevan, Astaziah and Enith have all made our living here more comfortable. We love the area that we live in. The shopping. Everything is walking distance. My doggies love it here, I love how this community is pet friendly and that this complex sees our fur babies as such, my babies. I just wanted to say thank you and here is to another 15 more months!

So far, living at The Legacy @ Highlands Ranch has been a breeze. I got into a sticky situation during my first lease and although they had to enforce certain procedures, they really worked with me and helped me in more ways than I can count. I’ve had a great experience living at Legacy at Highlands. The complex is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It feels safe and peaceful, and I rarely hear any noise from neighbors. Good experience setting up lease. Very nice community and very convenient to literally everything. Kelli was great in helping us set everything up.
We are pleased with the lease at Legacy and will be happy to refer others when asked. We especially like the Amina ties like the gymnast and pool.
It is great here. Love the pool and gym. My only complaints are my key for the pool not working ( i need to go in the office and ask i just haven’t) and when maintenance came they left my back door open. Other than that it is great!
Only been a few days, but all is pretty good. I’m so over unpacking, however! Hope to get out and about the complex soon. Seems pretty quiet were we are, except the road.

Date of visit: 3/8 I had an incredibly frustrating experience today at the Legacy Apartment Complex at 355 W Burgundy Street—one that cost them a potential long-term tenant and a lost commission. I arrived for my 3:00 p.m. scheduled and confirmed appointment, ready to tour and lease a 2- to 3-bedroom apartment home. As someone who works in the medical field and was genuinely looking to establish myself in a new community, I was excited to find a place I could call home and contribute meaningfully to the area. Instead, I was met with disorganization and complete indifference. When I entered the lobby, I approached the front desk where a **young woman—medium complexion, in her twenties, mid-length black hair—**was seated. I let her know I had a confirmed appointment. She stared at me blankly and said, “I don’t have anything in my calendar.” That was it—no effort to investigate, no apology, no professionalism. Just a disinterested shrug. I explained that I had spoken with a male staff member over the phone who confirmed my appointment. I asked her if there was anything she could do. Her response? “Sorry, it’s not in my calendar.” And that was the end of it. Frustrated, I walked out to my car. There, I double-checked my phone and found the confirmation email with the exact date and time. I walked back in, showed it to her, and instead of taking accountability or apologizing sincerely, she again said, “Sorry, it’s not in my calendar.” When I asked why she didn’t try to do anything earlier, she said, “Well, I was going to, but you walked out.” I was standing right in front of her asking for help—and she made no move to assist me until I returned and confronted her. Only then did she offer to show me a tour. By that point, I had already decided this was not the level of service or professionalism I want to deal with for the next year or more of my life. This kind of disorganized and apathetic attitude at the front desk is unacceptable—especially in a property that expects people to pay premium rent. Legacy lost a serious applicant today, along with a commission for a 2- to 3-bedroom lease, due entirely to one receptionist’s incompetence and unwillingness to problem-solve. As a healthcare professional, I would have been a great asset to this community—but I will not spend my money or time where basic respect and competence are lacking.

Love that my apartment has an attached garage, and there is so much storage!! The property is maintained well, although a bit older. Wish there was a hot tub, but not a huge deal. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful.

The apartment itself is great and so is the maintence team! However I believe they need more staff in the front office - we were supposed to have our renewal offer a few days ago, I was also really disappointed to hear that they only allow new residents to sign shorter than 12 month leases. Why not take care of your current residents? If shorter leases weren't offered at all that would be one thing.

The staff is wonderful! I’ve worked with Oscar and Kelli and they will do whatever they can to help you and make you feel welcome. The complex and neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. They have great amenities including the best workout area I’ve seen for an apartment complex. There are and upgraded apartment options, a nice pool area and they put on small events for the tenants from time to time. It is animal, friendly, and people are respectful with their animals.There’s a form for tenants to share information on as well. The maintenance crew is efficient and response promptly should you need something done. I have really enjoyed living here!

I love the dog-friendliness of this complex and management are responsive and helpful. I wish people cleaned up after their dogs in the play park more. I love my laundry room. I wish my refrigerator was bigger and didn’t open so that it blocks the path to the laundry room. There are a lot of friendly neighbors.

Overall good experience. Great area , maintenance is usually quick and have no issues. Sometimes it’s a pain to get ahold of the front office but eh not bad overall compared to other places

I have now lived here for 5 months and i still love it here. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. I am excited for the pool to open and it starts to get warmer so we can go on hikes. Living here gives us more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

Apartment is in a great location and maintenance has been very quick to respond and very nice and efficient in fixing issues. Apartment itself is pretty outdated- a lot of the door knobs and faucets are mismatched (some gold some silver, not the same models) and the bathroom counters are way below standard height which has been a bit problematice with having to bend so much (back issues.) When we moved in, it was pretty dirty- bathtubs were gross and the whole kitchen was sticky. Upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, like comicially loud all day into the late evening, but we knew that was a possibility getting a 1st floor. A lot of this was kind of expected, but can't really rate above average.

It has been lovely here. I enjoy the management as well as amenities and overall apartment style. However I live in an extremely noisy apartment right off a busy road and right across the street from the fire department. Someone new also must have just moved in as recently we have been dealing with some loud neighbors.

It's been okay. The gym has 3 treadmills, only one works. There's a sign saying they're aware and will fix it, it's been like that since last year.

Overall, it is a great place to live. The maintenance has been better since the change of ownership. I have lived here 8 years, but the only time my aged appliances have been replaced is when they fail to work. The stove, microwave, etc. is very old and run down. Generally, the property is kept up, but there are occurrences when people use their front porch as a trash area. And maintenance is supposed to change my air conditioner filters quarterly, but that isn't happening. Keep in mind that this is likely issues at all rental properties. So, don't get me wrong when I list the items that I think need improvement, because I do love living here. It is very quiet.

It seems a bit unfair to be paying more rent each year with no subtraction due to the hottub not being available for multiple years now. I believe picking up dog waste should also be enforced alot more as it is everywhere outside the complexes everyday

Excellent community and maintenance team. The property apartments can be very outdated with “classic” units still being leased. Overall, the experience has been great but we had a bad experience leasing virtually for the second time from Texas.
