Apartment size is ok for a small family, not much space.And rent is a little too high for an apartment of these sizes. As for amenities it’s kinda bad that we can’t go into the pool after hours even though pool lights are on at night.
We've just been chilling. Haven't used any of the many amenities other than the free drink per day. Kinda wish parking was more abundant where I want to be and the spaces were bigger
If you are looking for peace an quite this is it the sound insulation is great,an the community is respectful. Its a comfortable place to live an work from home.Its the perfect retreat after a long day quite cozy and incredibly comfortable.

• Staff is friendly enough. • The office staff put on holiday events for the families in the complex. Very cool. • Communication with maintenance staff is difficult if you don’t speak Spanish. (Maintenance manager speaks English) • Finding a parking spot can be a nightmare. - they will tell you not enough parking spots to assign to apartments, but then offer to rent you a parking spot. Maybe having parking stickers for residents, so the staff can know whose vehicle belongs on the parking lot. • Rent price is not competitive for what you’re renting.(they do try to work with their potential tenants). • Pet friendly, but neighbors need to pick up after their animals. • It’s good to see kids playing outside again, but not in the parking lot with the potential to damage vehicles or themselves. Or bouncing soccer balls off of buildings. - Maybe have a designated area for children to play. • Overall not too bad of a place but there’s definitely some improvements that can be made.

I love The laurels I've made it a home. I love the people that work here. They are all great and work very hard. The parking sucks the spaces are small and at night with kids it's hard to find a space close to my apartment. Also the neighbors I use to have were absolutely amazing. Just wish they were still here. Not a fan of my neighbors now. But still love this place my apartment and the staff. Also the pool is amazing too.

Living in this apartment has been an outstanding experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design, spacious layout, and abundance of natural light. The Laurels feels more like a resort than an apartment complex! I’ve been here over a year, and I love it. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are modern and spacious, and it’s so peaceful (except my shower karaoke!). Amenities like the pool and gym are great, and the staff is friendly and fast. Best of all, it’s safe and has a true sense of community. I always feel comfortable, day or night. The Laurels truly makes coming home the best part of my day. Highly recommend!

The location is nice but the overall neighborhood experience is poor. Loud music, obnoxious and strange neighbors that have little to no courtesy for others living in the complex. Some attempts were made to revamp the complex but little upkeep has been made.

I had a few issues with my unit since moving in but I must say the entire team has done everything to resolve them within 24hrs of me reporting the issue. The community is pretty quiet M-Thu but can be a but noisy Fr-Sun especially around the pool area. But I see the management team has been doing everything they can to get a hold on that. Community is also very clean. The mataince team is extremely friendly and very clean when coming to repair things they make sure they leave your unit the same way it was before they came and they always leave the tenant with a smile. The office team is the same they take every complaint serious and do everything they can to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable and you dont see that in many apartments. It's a great place live. I would highly recommend very clean environment and extremely nice office staff. So far I'm happy I've chosen this community and its walking distance to many places especially the mall which is a plus

This was a hidden gem in my list of options. The apartment came with more space than I initially expected, and I loved it. The two rooms are fairly spacious, and the living room is an agreeable size. Despite the kitchen being small It could fit all the ingredients and belongings I brought.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo , la atención de sus trabajadores es excelente, la vivienda está bien conformada , hay piscina y Gim , hay lugares de compra cerca se puede ir caminando , una atención de lujo para cualquier necesidad , se pueden tener mascotas mientrass se cumpla con lo establecido en la renta y comunidad . I really enjoy my little home it’s convenient to everything and enjoy the pool as well!!!! I’ve had a few service called that were taken care of immediately and in a timely manner!! Thanks laurels team!!!

most everything is fine. the only complaints i have are finding baby roaches in my apartment and residents leaving dog poop around constantly.
