Property Ratings at The Landings at Riverwalk
We moved here a year ago and it's been a great experience so far. The entire staff is great and always available and ready to help. These apartments also offer many different amenities which make living here even more worth it.
Absolutely not worth the price. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but there’s nothing luxury about them. The unit I rented had cheap finishes, thin walls, and constant maintenance issues. You're paying top-dollar for builder-grade quality. To make matters worse, management is unprofessional and unresponsive. Any concerns or maintenance requests were either ignored or met with attitude. Communication was terrible, and they clearly care more about getting your rent than providing a livable experience. Save yourself the money and frustration — there are much better options nearby for the same or even less.
...unless you're willing to compromise on comfort and quality of life. Constant noise from neighbors disrupts relaxation, while thin walls fail to muffle loud conversations and late-night parties. The "modern" appliances are unreliable, and the maintenance team is slow to respond, leaving broken fixtures unresolved. It’s frustrating to feel unheard when requesting a rent reduction due to HVAC failures, noise, and odors. HVAC issues are particularly exasperating—hot summers without relief and cold winters when heat fails. Each request feels ignored. Parking is chaotic, with staff creating their own spaces and using the building's electricity for personal vehicles. Constant dog waste in the garage is unhygienic and disrespectful in a family community. The smell of marijuana invades every room, making it hard to assure my kids they’re safe at home. The promised amenities are disappointing; the pool and gym are always crowded, and the lounge is often occupied by private events, leaving you feeling like an outsider. What was meant to be a fresh start has become a source of stress. Paying a premium for a subpar living experience, especially when better options exist, is frustrating. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere; you deserve better. You’re being robbed 10% more than any comparable cookie cutter apartment building.
I have been a resident for 8 years! Quiet,clean,and friendly are the three words I would use to describe Riverwalk. Peaceful morning walks are my favorite,safe and clean walkways... and the river view is always a treat! Two thumbs up!

After a year of living at Riverwalk, I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the staff here have become like family—they're always there with a smile and ready to help. The amenities, from the amazing gym with Pelotons to the relaxing lounges, have made life here so much easier. And let's not forget the spacious, modern apartments that truly feel like home. Riverwalk has exceeded all my expectations, and I'm grateful to call it my home.
I have to say this is such a safe, and nice place to live! The staff at the office are super friendly and respond promptly. Anytime I have any issues I send in a maintenance request through the app or an email and I get my issue resolved almost immediately. The hallways are always clean and nice smelling. I never have any issues with my neighbors they're all very kind and respectful. I just love living here.
If you enjoy constant construction, uninterrupted noise from the nearby shooting range and paper thin ceilings and floors when you can hear your neighbors’ every move, then this is the place for you!
This place is not worth your money. The management sucks and this “luxury” complex is anything but. We were promised amenities that never came to fruition (interior and exterior, including a pool and gym that were supposed to be completed in July - its now October, and it isn't close to being finished). Even if the pool was finished, its a kiddie pool that is supposed to support what is going to be three entirely new buildings if the worst construction company in the world is ever done building this garbage residency. The alarm would go off multiple times a month 20 minutes at a time for no reason, and it was always a huge inconvenience, sometimes after 1am. The maintenance team is incompetent and had to come to our apartment 10 times (no exaggeration) to fix an issue within our unit. Considering it’s a new building, the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear every step from your upstairs neighbors. When we attempted to complain about the noise, we were basically given an "oh well." There were also a handful of occasions where an awful smell would come from the bathroom, which we were later told (or sometimes never told) was them working on something in another unit. There’s only two elevators that lead from the parking garage, and sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes before even getting one, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the building is only four floors. You will be told parking cost $75 per car, but don't expect to pay that if you want to park within a country mile of your actual unit, because those are twice the price. For anyone who is thinking about living here: DON'T!!!!!!! It’s not luxury in the slightest, it’s overpriced and completely unorganized. Of all the apartment complexes I have stayed in, this one is hands down the worst.
