The gate is always broken and open widely, so security. The technician allowed their children drive service cart around the property!
We love living here at Bella Vista because the grounds are maintained beautifully the apartments have unique and sunlit floorplans, the office staff and the maintenance crews are very responsive to any requests. You want to live here!
I have lived at Bella Vista for 11 years. I have gone through numerous management and owner changes, and by far this is the best! They are responsive, friendly, and very accommodating...I really feel like this is my home! Thanks to Gina and her staff!
Safe and quiet environment. Near restaurant and business. Close to downtown. Maintenance responds immediately. Beautiful apartments and great scenery.
Ive never had so many maintenance issues while living in an apartment as I have here, and its only been six months. Not to mention the electricity and water issues with my side of the complex that we constantly get emails about. We couldnt do a walk in before moving in, so we didnt know two of the light switches dont work and one bedroom doesnt have a ceiling light. The summer time had so many bugs (mosquitos, scorpions, and roaches), way more than Ive ever experienced. Even in December a 2 inch cockroach came out of the ceiling vent. Ive been unimpressed with the my experience from the start and I would not recommend anyone to live here.
Good job done by both office staff and maintenance team. They take good care of the apartment complex and Bella Vista residents.

Moving amid the pandemic was made easy, all necessary paperwork was completed virtually- adhering to Covid-19 precautions. The staff is very communicative and friendly!
Beautiful property with great maintenance and office staff! Peaceful with wonderful views of the mountains. Quiet, with lots of privacy due to how the complex is laid out.

Bella Vista staff have been very supportive of residents during this difficult time. Notifications of steps taken to assure residents safety have been quite helpful.

The staff at The Landings at Brooks City-Base is very friendly and professional. The walked me through every step of the process and kept in contact with me regarding the application process.

On the whole, the community is a pleasant place to live. I've not had any issues that would prevent me from leasing here again. In fact, I'm in the process of renewing my lease. There was some confusion when the a/c went out during an especially hot time of the summer. I believe there was some miscommunication with management, but ultimately the problem was quickly resolved. I would appreciate the installation of "black out" screens because of the direction my unit faces. There are many located throughout the complex, and I think they would greatly reduce the heat gain (and electric bills) in the apartment during our brutal Phoenix summers. I asked about them when I first moved in, but the former manager apparently told the former assistant manager that that would not be acceptable. Again, with the exception of those items, and a handful of others that can be addressed following renewal, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bella Vista to friends.
I love Bella Vista. Great staff, great community. It's cruel that no discounts were given while pools and gym were closed. It's extremely unprofessional that I have been ignored every time I've complained about residue coming off my floors. There's great things about Bella Vista, but also some super downsides.
From the application to the move in, the leasing office made everything very streamline so I didn't have to worry about anything!

My husband and I love living here! Its clean, quiet and all-maintained by a friendly, responsive staff. Staying here for the foreseeable future.
Great apartment community with close proximity to stores and restaurants.
We had have insects enter the apartment , which we have a 1 year old, email was sent out but respond was said nothing can be done unless its an emergency. As well light for our childs bedroom came off and email was sent out but no maintenance was done. No pool keys were received. Water reached the doorstep and email was sent out but no response.
Great area, lots of paved trails, and lots of restaurants and stores within 4 minutes!
It is quiet and grounds are well kept and entrances are semi private.
