Appliance maintenance Submitted multiple tickets towards regarding the ice maker on the freezer not making ice. Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. Next visit, different maintenance tech came and did not replace the refrigerator to address the issue.

Refrigerate failure Our refrigerator went out on Friday evening. Maintenance had us a replacement by late Saturday afternoon. Great service.

Price Changed After Initial Quote I visited the property a few days ago and was given a specific quote for the apartment I was interested in. When I returned ready to sign the lease, the price had increased unexpectedly. It was frustrating to see the quote change in such a short amount of time, especially after making my decision based on the original offer.

dirty I was disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned and dusted before moving in. The apartment had been vacated for months so we moved into spider webs in every corner and dead bugs as well. I expected to have been able to move in and not worry about cleaning the unit first.

Leyla!!! So kind and knowledgeable. I know sales being kind is a part of the job, but I truly felt such a welcoming presence from her. She knew everything there is to know about the property and surrounding areas, and had an answer for every question we had. The property is beautiful and the amenities are phenomenal.
