Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have read the reviews regarding management, and honestly, I don't know what they are talking about. The management is fair, honest, and cares about it's residents. The staff is great and caring. I think people just want a reason to complain and if they try, they will always find something to complain about. 5 Stars!

I currently live at “the landing” and have now for eight months. I’m early retired Air Force and live alone. I wanted something closer to my military community in OKC without having to overpay… I am SO glad that I chose this place… I am very picky when it comes to apartments and rental property in general. I like very clean places, I like newer finishes and I also like high ceilings with a lot of natural light amongst plenty of other things and this place checks all of my boxes. The balcony is my favorite part of my unit. Even though I face the interstate, the noise doesn’t bother me because I have my balcony set up so nicely and it adds so much more space to the living area if you open up the door (weather permitting). I definitely don’t need that extra space though it’s a luxury ;-) but I will take it. The apartment has plenty of space. I live in a two bedroom two bath with a cool nook area off of my living room… it has been a home office so far however I’m thinking of turning it into a painting studio! I also rent a garage that they had available when I moved in. This is a lifesaver when it comes to ice storms, snow, hail, and everything else Oklahoma throws at us! It’s very spacious inside, the walls and ceiling are finished and there are electrical outlets. I have never had any issues with security or privacy. I know there are some brand new apartments or condominiums right across the interstate from where I am, but they’re trash compared to my apartment. They have a genius and alluring marketing campaign but the quality and ugliness of their community say enough for me… The staff and management team at the office has been a pure joy to work with ever since I reached out to them last year. They worked with me to get me situated in extenuating circumstances as I was retiring/relocating and planning. Oh yea, I forgot to mention I don’t even take out my own trash… valet service picks it up throughout the week. Call the leasing office if you need more info- super nice ladies!
