The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing at Vancouver
I have lived in apartments for many years and this is by far the best one. The apartments are only a couple of years old, they have many nice touches that even some homes do not, the ladies in the office are always super friendly, communicative, easy to work with, and always take time to stop and chat for a minute when I stop into their office. The one time I need maintenance help they came to my apartment the same day and fixed the issue on the spot and the grounds are always spotless and very well taken care of. I have made friends with several of my neighbors and they all seem to love their apartment as much as I love mine. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!
Terrible Apartments 1. I scheduled a walk-through on our move-out date and was not told that one thing was wrong or needed to be cleaned....well 26 days later when they finally emailed our final move out list, $285 was taken from deposit. They are absurd with the fees as you can see in photos…foggy fridge shelves, streaky dishwasher, seriously? I have lived in multiples rented homes in the past and have never been charged for more than a carpet-cleaning which is completely reasonable. I suggest you get your walk-out in writing because they are LIARS 2. Multiple car break-ins throughout our 16-month lease 3. If you have an upstairs neighbor, you will hear every step they take, every cupboard that is closed, etc. You will also hear next door neighbor’s TVs. The walls and floors are very thin 3. When you submit maintenance request, it will be roughly 7 days before it is fixed 4. We were told a BBQ area and the remaining apartments were going to be finished in the front area in 2020. It is now 2022 and there is still a chain link fence as the “security gate” 5. The staff at the leasing office is the worst. They messed up our lease renewal, slow to return calls/emails
We moved out two months before our move out date because the place was infested with cockroaches and it was due to a neighbor and had been going on for a while( according to exterminator). Management is awful too.
