This is the best apartment complex I ever lived in. The apartments and landscape are very well kept. The neighbors are great. The complex is always quiet no loud neighbors. I feel happy and safe here.

Terrible place to rent. If I could, I would put 0/5 stars. Management does not take accountability for any mistakes that are created on their behalf, and employees in office are completely incompetent. Security around the premises is non-existent, leaving non-operating vehicles poorly parked and misplaced without repercussions. Vandalism on vehicles and property are constant in premise, with a gated community that always has gates open through the night. Overall a terrible living experience.

I love the community engagement, from the weekly or biweekly food trucks to the free pictures with Santa, it's a great community. The complex is quiet and tranquil, you'd never no that neighbors have dogs.

We've enjoyed living here for nine years. We like having good sized rooms, our laundry available all the time great parking for our car, and friendly neighbors. We also like having accessibility to the local business community.
The Landing at Ocean View is amazing. It's really quiet, the area is stunning, and it's close by to shopping plazas so it's continent for those who don't wish to drive too far. The staff is amazing and is always ready and willing to help with whatever questions/issues have have in regards to the community.

I would recommend because its location, there is a window in each room, the distribution is excellent and rooms are big. The only problem: very bad quality of the carpet and parking slots very narrow; its imposible to avoid hitting or scratching other people's cars due to the size of the parking area.

Is very safe and enjoable environment
It is in a nice neighborhood with houses around it and quick access to shopping and eateries. The landscaping kept nicely manicured and people are not in your business.
Lived here a year. The gate is always broken, cars get towed, the apartments always smell like weed from neighbors air vents. My apartment was broke into and robbed. Plus they take your entire deposit for "cleaning " because there were spider webs in the balcony and a small stain in the rug. Not to mention all the yelling from late at night to early in the morning. Homeless folks walk in the broken gates at night and dig through the dumpsters. Dont believe these fake reviews.

I would not recommend because they over charge for rent for stained carpet, work request are not being handle in a timely manner, grills sometimes did not work, sometimes you can smell dog when your walking around the complex.
Rapid response to repairs and any other matter was amazing and also the personnel at the office are very warm in reception.
The inside of the apartment my family and I stay at have spider/insect issues and the water comes out looking red (rust like). Also, we have mold issues in the apartment.
I felt as if the rent was a good price and the community that surrounds it is nice as well.
I would recommend, The area is amazing lots to do. The apartments are very spacious for the price. Rent is very reasonable and easy to pay or view online It hasn't given me an issue so far. The gym is small but it's clean and well maintained. Parking isn't the best but it's better than most San Diego apartments. Overall 8/10 and a stress free living!
Just the price. While the amenities are inside are nice I feel there are other places that might be cheaper
Parking for residents or visitor is not great. for myself I need a garage.
The Dennery road noise is awful. The screeching and racing cars that speed by is disturbing. It happens as early as 6am and as late as 11 pm or later. Some tenants that smoke throw their cigarette budts all over, gross. My new upstairs neighbors smoke marijuana and I have to keep windows closed.
