The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing at Lex
I lived here from March 2023 to January 2025, in the 2074 building Apartment 8. It has gone down hill from an already low place on the scale of apartment living. The management changed once while I lived here from Denton Floyd to DelRosa Living, there was no improvement. There has been a complete turnover of staff - no improvement either. I feel like I'm a pretty clean person, I had a roach problem for nearly the whole time I lived here. Any work order request you put in could take months to be fixed or never fixed at all (my leaky balcony door and my light fixture as an example). The building is seemingly not structurally sound, my bathroom door never shut the whole time I was there, my floor was weak in the hallway, and my AC was constantly leaking in the summer (I didn't put in work orders for the above reason). The door into the building itself never fully latched, and if it did, you would get locked out and have to walk around to the other side. The neighbors got steadily worse the longer I lived there as well, the smell of weed or cigarette smoke was nearly constant. On top of all these things, the communication with the office is so difficult. Don't expect a call or text back if you try to reach them. I'm currently trying to reach them just to turn in my keys and pay the charge because I broke my lease early, but I couldn't live there any longer.
I got a terrible impression of the apartment. Their staff members are extremely difficult to reach. I tried calling multiple times to schedule a tour and got no answer. A few other times I was placed on hold for a long time. I went onto their website to book a tour there and no one ever got back to me with a confirmed time or date. Seems like it is badly run or poorly managed. The emails that I have received from them are super generic, asking the same questions over and over again after I have already answered them about if I am interested in renting with them and when I am expecting to move in. It is like no one really monitors it or reads what people write. I can't find any valid information about the apartments. Their application fee is listed as $50 but they say that it actually costs $150 to apply. This place is a huge NO for me.
great amenities, thanks for the help.Had an amazing time there
I moved here out of state a few months ago and spoke with Charity and Ashley. They were very helpful and made my move easier. I would recommend them to my friends.
