Encompassing the entire west side of Florida State University, the University neighborhood consists of several smaller neighborhoods, like Amelia Circle, Elberta Empire, and Mabry Manor. The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, University consists of a variety of housing -- ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.

I’ve visited here multiple times and now I’ll officially be moving in. Rooms are very spacious and having your own bathroom is a great plus. It’s also furnished and affordable. I highly recommend this place! I love it
I’ve been staying here for 2 years. They are a very good place to live . Maintenance is always handy. Always fun things to win and be apart of a community. They also help us know how to save on utilities during warm months.
The rooms here are very spacious and practical. The location of the apartment is also very convenient to most stores you’d need. Would recommend for a student of any school in Tallahassee.

They knowingly leased an apartment to my daughter with an ongoing BED BUG ISSUE. From day 1 we COULD NOT MOVE IN because the unit that my daughter was to move in was being treated for bed bugs. We had already signed the contract, they took our money. Very bad business practices. If you can STAY AWAY and save yourself a lot of heartaches & headaches! If I could rate it with 0 stars I WOULD!!!!

The Landing at Appleyard is a very nice apartment complex. The units are very clean, amenities are nice and there are no pest problems which I am very keen on. We receive prompt response when there are any issues dealing with the apartment, and the staff members are very polite. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a student living experience. KUDOS!!
They suck....always new management. The current one has a bad attitude
