The Lakes

The "management" is inconsistent, the pool is rarely open during summer and "management" always has some excuse as to why, the property is constantly covered in garbage and abandoned vehicles, the fountains in the ponds haven't worked in years, the bridges are wobbly and unstable, and the walls are all full of mold and it comes back no matter how many times you clean it up, I wouldn't tell anyone to move here

I feel we have 2 strong property managers and everything is running very smoothly and requests about answered in such a timely manner

It is a very beautiful and clean property, the staff is warm and welcome and an amazing value for the homes!

currently, my tenant across from me has a dog, the tenant below me has a dog and it appears more tenants have dogs. There is barking going day and night and it is really a nuisance.

There things I like but the amount of rent has gone up sufficiently in the last 4 years I don’t believe my friends could afford it!

Cleaning the parking lot. Like a actual street sweeper to come in and clean the lot. Very dirty and when it rains it?s like muddy puddles.

Definitely would recommend. Once in awhile, there is an issue with the tenants in Apt. A12 playing their music too loud.

If and when I should come across a friend or family member that may be looking for a place, it is a guarantee on my end to definitely recommend The Lakes to them with of course great commendations overall from the application process to the office staff and also about how convenient, simple and quick to complete it is to complete first application all the way through to the lease agreement paperwork and then the move in...

When my fiancé, son and I first moved into The Lakes at Fife apartments 2 1/2 years ago we were happy we were in a new place, we choose these apartments due to the fact that we received a month free rent for moving in, things were going good we did a year lease and resigned for another year and the manager at the time knew we are strapped on money and only have so much coming in and having to take care of our son and bills are all separate including water sewer garbage, so she only up our rent 10$ more a month. After that year was over we than had a new manager come in and she was not going to budge or help us out at all she up our rent 100$ more a month which than hurt us badly but we couldn't move out we didn't have enough to put down on a new place so we had to sign a year lease since anything under a year is more money. During the years we have been there our steps have broke on my fiancé while he was walking down them and we never filed any claims because this was the time when the 1st manager was still there and she was helpful plus my fiancé wasn't seriously injured but we did report it to the apartments. Than about 6 months later I actually fell down the stairs and sprained my toe and ankle and went to the hospital for that. Than about a week ago the apartment worker tried to unlock and come in without any written or givin permission while my fiancé was there asleep, we did not respect that all due to the fact that is illegal and thank goodness he wasn't naked. This is a Pinnacle property and its not the only pinnacle property we have lived in that was not very good to us. The last property we lived in that was pinnacle I actually worked there for them and lived on site and they still were very harsh and did not care about there residents you can clearly tell. once I moved they let me go because I was coming up on my one year mark and they didn't want to give me a raise and have me on their medical, it hurt me and my family we need and needed the money. We have NEVER been late on paying rent in 6 years since we have had our own place and it gets very hard esp since they raised our rent 100$ more a month. I hope this message helps everyone, I know everyone has there own opinions on everything but this is my story and my thoughts about Pinnacle management! Thank You for hearing me out !
