Our past 10 months living at Lakehouse on Wylie have been wonderful! We love the floor plan in our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which features a great one level living, good square footage and designed to provide a spacious open living environment. The community offers a beautiful outdoor living space and relaxing pool, plus is dog friendly too. The clubhouse is a great gathering place for the monthly opportunities to meet other residents and experience various different interests etc. Most of all Lakehouse on Wylie offers a relaxed luxury living in a perfect area of Charlotte!

I recently moved in and could not be happier with my decision to live here! Michelle in the office and Kojo from the maintenance team have been amazing! The community is so dog friendly which was a high priority for me, there is ample green space for my dog and tons of good walking trails near by! I feel like I've found home and love the community. It's beautiful, clean, modern and management is truly top notch!
I truly can’t say enough positive things about my experience becoming a new resident. I made a huge move from another state to North Carolina and the staff was absolutely incredible. The process took me a little over a month, only because the sweet office staff hand held me through all the things I needed to do moving to a new area, as well as setting up my new apartment. The property is a thousand times more gorgeous than any picture you can find online and the lake view takes your breath away. The community has been very welcoming and friendly so far, and overall I’m grateful for such a wonderful experience.

The neighborhood is pretty nice. If you have pets, this will be a good place for you to take them on walks. There are a lot of dogs around. There is supposed to be a dog park but it has not been established. The pool is very relaxing. It’s probably the best thing about this complex. The patio offers a nice area for you to chill out. There is also a grill and hammocks out there. The gym has several machines for you to use but it can get a little cramped . You just have to find a time when there aren’t a lot of people there. You have the option to rent a pontoon with a captain. Other than that, a lot of the amenities listed are not yet ready. Some people don't have mailboxes yet so you have to go to the office to grab mail. The current apartments are not lakeside or on the lake. It looks like they are building some but as far as occupied buildings, depending on where you are, you can’t see the lake . There is a nearby park 5ish minutes away that has lake access and hiking trails. Management is so-so. No one greets you when you come in so it’s awkward when you have to interrupt a conversation taking place between the leasing office. Maybe it just depends on the person or the visitor. There's been a few times when your trash doesn't get picked up but it does the next day so maybe it also just depends on who is picking up trash that day. The trash was never heavy or leaking so it didn't violate any rules. Parking could be improved. There arent usually spots available near the leasing office so you have to walk to get packages or some people just park right in front. Overall, it can be an enjoyable stay. Some neighbors are great to have and it feels good that you can be friendly with some. There are monthly resident activities where you can have little experiences and get to know the people living around you. It is what you make it but it could definitely improve!

I drove all the way from Raleigh and I was so disappointed. They are 90% under construction and they are definitely not waterfront and have zero direct access to the lake. All the nearby roads to the lake are gated off for private communities. Maybe if you stand on your tippy toes on the top floor you might catch a glimpse of the lake. They say on their website there are two docks on the property-Nope! This is false branding and advertising.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. We will have two phases of our community and the first phase only has a few select apartment homes that will have a view of the lake. The second phase of our community is located closer to the Lake and will have a direct view of the Lake. We anticipate having this phase done late this year or early 2024.
