Property Ratings at The Lake Villa
Please do not live here. The management is super sketchy. They say they have "laundry" and there is only one washer and dryer for the entire building, leaving tenants who have to wash their laundry many failed attempts and waiting around for other tenants to take their clothes out of the washer/dryer. There is another one, but it is broken and they won't fix it. There is only street parking and it is an absolute nightmare. If you accidentally lock yourself out do not bother trying to get someone to come. They will tell you to hire a locksmith and you will be out around $300. This place is a nightmare and a serious joke. Not worth the money at all and has zero amenities.
