We are so sorry that your experience has not met expectation. We are super excited to have new faces in the building, the participation in our monthly events has been fantastic. Additionally, we have updates on the way for several of our common area spaces. If there are any items that you have in need of attention, we do ask that you reach out. Our team is ready to serve! The location and that the units are aesthetically pleasing are the only positives to this building. The community WiFi is horrible, rarely works, and you can’t install your own. The common spaces are still not complete, a year after they were said to be open. There’s still a piece of tape with a hand written number to mark my apartment door after 16 months. The staff are slow to respond, if they respond at all, and it’s always “I’ll speak with the owners”, followed by a “no”. However, my biggest complaint is the dual washer and dryer that is your only option in the units. It takes more than 6 hours to wash and dry a very small load of laundry.
Unfinished amenities Bad wifi Expensive parking Washer/Dryer (dryer doesn’t dry properly) Exposed framework is inviting to critters Problems with drainage To name a few problems, definitely not worth the luxury price tag.
