The Keswick

My husband and I have been living here for a few months now and have no complaints. Incredible amenities (full gym, sauanas, art room, pool, lounge areas). The neighborhood is so nice to live in. Feels safe and has a lot of activities and restaurants in walking distance. There is also a beautiful walking trail that is easily accessible for dog walking or biking. Our move in experience was seamless and Karen at the leasing office was so kind and welcoming. She took care of business and made sure all of our needs were met. The maintenance team has also been impeccable and very responsive. We are very happy to be living here. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love living here! The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. They’re quick to respond to any concerns you have. They keep the entire complex clean and I love how many events they host every single month! Highly recommend moving here

They have amazing leasing & maintenance staff. Ayisha is so patient and responsive. Lorenzo has responded/fixed every work order I’ve put in within an hour. One time I put it in & 10 minutes later he was knocking on my door!

Love this place! The staff was a great help getting me into my unit. The area is great and getting better by the day. If you have a dog and love to walk them, there's a great trail to use as well as a couple dog parks out back. Looking forward to my time here at The Keswick!

I can't speak to how this building compares to other communities by my experience has been a disappointed- claims made during our tour turned out to be completely false. Our appliances barely work, the pool is too shaded to stay warm enough to use most of the day and the residents fornicating on the roof of the parking garage at night make coming home feel unsafe. Amenities that we say on our tour have all but gone away. This is OK for a transient short term stay, that is all

I never thought I’d be so obsessed with an apartment, but here we are. Between the gorgeous modern units, next-level amenities (um, hello infrared sauna??), and the quaint Keswick Park neighborhood (featuring tons of parks within walking distance), I’m SO happy I live here. Seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Management is AMAZING, too! I’m never leaving!

Location, atmosphere, peaceful and the amenities are amazing. So pleased to call this place home.

Management provided AMAZING customer service throughout the tour, application, and leasing process. Taylor and Savannah went above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth as possible. The property itself is gorgeous. Carpeted hallways, very high ceilings and doors (a must-have if you're tall like me), great common areas, a gym area with equipment even some full gyms don't have, massage & sauna rooms, and a huge selection of floor plans. We are so excited to move in and call Solis Carraway our home in September!

I took a tour here at the end of February and knew right away I would be moving here. The staff was helpful in getting me a floor plan that matched exactly what I wanted. I'm so excited to move in. Everyone is so accommodating and kind, especially Savannah. No complaints at all.

I’ve toured the location and have nothing but great things to say about the property. Spacey rooms, great location, there’s a “homey” feel to the entire place. Just an all around perfect place. I would definitely recommend looking more into this property.

Solis Carraway property within itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s nestled right in the heart of Chamblee. On top of that, the community offers concierge services which is nothing short of amazing. Just across the way, you have amazing shops and restaurants which is literally a short walking distance from the property. I love my new place, it’s so beautiful and heartfelt. The staff is genuine and eager to help as well. I mean this place is a must see!!

Man oh man! This place is sweet these aren’t just luxury apartments. Solace Carraway has a luxurious staff as well. Individually each member has introduced themselves to me and has been more than helpful. I’m grateful I get to call this place home :)

We absolutely love living here at Solis Carraway! The staff has been nothing short of amazing, our home is beautiful and so spacious, and the location couldn't be any better. We went out for a jog the other day to sight see and found a beautiful trail that brought us to Walmart! Super happy to be here.

Solis Carraway has been a great place to call home! Great amenities and great features throughout each home, making each floorplan unique in it's own way. Many different ones that can cater to what you are looking for in your next home. The leasing staff is great and they are always making sure that you are well taken care of in every way! You definitely can't beat the location and being able to walk to many of the great restaurants. Convenience, Convenience, Convenience! Definitely recommend that you come check out these great apartments before they are all gone! :)

I have made a contract for 1 bedroom with a den. When I been at Solis Carraway and it has been great! The staff and leasing office is always friendly and helpful. The establishment is always kept up from the inside out with smart key and the staff takes pride in the place we call home. Nicole has been awesome and is always available should I have any questions or need assistance. Thank you Solis for making my transition a great one!!

Solis Carraway is the best place to be because it has everything to offer including a management team that makes you feel important. It is located in an amazing area that everything you need is walking distance, plus has everything you need on property! I am living the dream at Solis Carraway!

I moved here in December 2019 and believe this to be the best new community in the Brookhaven / Chamblee area. Everything has been designed to maximize the upscale living experience — 10-foot ceilings, large windows, tiled baths and kitchens, European-style cabinetry, secured deck parking and more. Great location — Interstates 85 and 285 are easily accessible. The management team is spot on — professional, approachable and responsive. B. Maxwell.
