Excellent Property! You will love it here

I Moved here from Valencia CA in January of this year, always loved living in a house, however, I couldn't have made a better choice if I was going to go the apartment route. I have been here for six months and I could not be happier. I highly recommend the property. The management team is very attentive and very reachable, always helpful. You would definitely do yourself a disservice if you did not at least come see the property and talk to the management team.

Amazing property! And great people

Made a great decision picking this apartment. Spacious open floor plan. Very modern and nice appliances as well. The entire staff in the office has been great! Super friendly, super helpful and always professional! Could not have made a better choice for apartment in Oxnard area.

Pleasantly Surprised by this Gorgeous Property

We were seeking a home with all the upgrades and this community offered us more than we were looking for. If you are moving to this area you should stop in and take a tour like we did. Excellent product and affordable for brand new. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and extremely impressed with the Staff & Community. You won't believe what this area is going to give back to the residents and visitors. It is Gorgeous inside and out!
