This place is disgusting. Moldy, leaks, smelly, loud from the 60, Renata is awful. Greystar’s a horrible management company, just look them up on BBB. I cannot warm you enough. Rent anywhere else.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for this great property. I had to move from my previous place due to personal reasons. I was panicked and in distress trying to find a place on such short notice. However the minute I called in my stress was lifted. I spoke to Sam who was truly an angel and answered all my questions. He worked with me and even went above and beyond by going to my potential new apartment taking photos of everything as I was unable to come view. He made the process so easy for me. Their communication is fantastic! My apartment looked exactly like it was advertised. The property is well taken care of by the maintenance crew who also answer work orders in a timely fashion. I also wanted to thank Yvette. This woman truly has made this experience one I can never forget. I was battling a lot after my move but Yvette not only listened but provided solutions. She has helped me more than she knows and I can't thank her enough for that. If you're considering this place do it. You will not regret it

Cannot wait to leave this horrible place. Management is horrible, maintenance take forever to do their job, and they are always trying to get into your personal things such as if your apartment is clutter free or if your car had the current registration. I don’t know how that is any of their business. As long as it is not affecting anyone else, they shouldn’t be concerned. This place has caused me so much grief. I have never had so much to complain about before. Yvonne personally has caused me so much grief in my year and a half here. Very excited to leave this place.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. We moved in with no air conditioning in the middle of summer and when I incorrectly placed the work order as a brand new tenant who had never had to place work orders before and was met with an extremely condescending tone from the office manager

The apartments are nestled in a convenient spot, with shopping close by. I haven't lived here long, but it is fairly quiet. The complex does nice things for the residents.

I have lived here for a short time but everyone I meet has been here for years. The staff puts on these fun events with food and raffles for the residents which is nice for meeting neighbors. The place and people are very inviting.

I wish there was an option for 3.5 stars. I'll start off by saying that Sam and Joyce are amazing. They are super sweet and always willing to help out. Also had great communication with work orders. Management is definitely not bad either. The location is amazing, honestly. Right next to the 60 fwy, Costco, Win-co, Fry's, and more. Not a bad area either. I never felt unsafe in the community. I will say, the layout in the 2b apartments is so strange. It is 1000 sq ft but the layout made it seem way smaller. Also we didn't have a pantry (after saying during our tour I was happy that there was one). The 1b is very nice. Lots of room and storage space. You get one covered parking spot (carport) which is fine but BOTH of my neighbors next to me would constantly hit my car with their doors and leave scratches. Not the apartment's fault of course but the people that live there didn't have respect for my stuff. Also, the people that lived below us were constantly yelling at each other, and were very standoff-ish. The other 2 people next to us were very nice, though. The biggest thing I would recommend is to look at the apartment that you will be moving into before signing the lease.

Honestly just pay the extra 2-300$ and you get a better peace of mind and less issues with management but the maintenance team is amazing just leasing office personal aren’t the best

If I had to give these apartments a star rating I would say 3/5 they have their ups and downs. There are some things you'll have to do for yourself and sometimes it might take awhile for things to be done but if you need somewhere to stay while you plan your next move I would say maybe give it a shot. I would not reccomend staying here long term because having a house would just be better overall for you.

I've been at The Joshua Apartments for almost 2yrs now and I love it! The floor plans are unique, the property is well maintained and the amenities are plentiful. Also, the leasing office has a lovely, hard working staff who are always advocating for their residents.

Beautiful Apartment Complex. Very quiet neighborhood and close to groceries stores. Also very easy access to freeway. Plus the leasing agents are very nice.
I am home. I honestly have to pinch myself to be sure I am not dreaming. I am so content in my apartment and love the property and community so much, that I look forward to coming home after a long day of work AND I actually prefer to stay home on weekends, to use the community amenities, instead of going out on the town. I feel safe. I feel refreshed. My home feels luxurious. The leasing staff are kind and friendly. The property feels very upscale, but also hosts a very approachable, down to earth community of neighbors. I am very, very glad I chose to rent at The Joshua.
The Joshua Apartments are a safe and welcoming community in Mesa. The apartments are newly renovated and the community is very quite. The internet is amazing and the parking is spacious with multiple amenities. Definitely one of the best apartments I have lived in!
Maintenance needs to be better. I've had 3 work orders that have not been done for months and I don't have the time to keep bugging the office to get them taken care of.
Don't expect any maintenance requests to get done.
Like many other reviews, same thing staff never answers phones, never ever returns call, never ever reply’s to messages, requests to fix things takes forever, they act as if your inconvenience to them, and seems to have a tone like you did something wrong by asking or follow up on request. They know that once they have you on contract your at there mercy, and have no choice. They charge or try to for small petty things that they should fix or replace because they can wear out and are old. Why do you. Have to pay to replace things that were free before when they wear out. Not ethical.

This is a horrible place to live. Once they’re getting your rent money they could care less about whats going on in your apartment or what’s broken.
If I knew what I know now, I would not have moved here. It has been over a month since I submitted my work order for several issues we’ve had since day 1 and maintenance still have not came by to fix anything. We have been without light in the kitchen and master bedroom since we moved in & they could not care less. Also the pictures online are completely deceiving! The apartment looks nothing like what was advertised. We got completely catfished! When we moved in the apartment was so filthy (dead bugs & hairs just painted over) & about 4 cabinet doors broke 3 days after moving in. We moved from a different city so we weren’t able to view our apartment until we actually got the keys & had signed the lease otherwise I would have most definitely looked elsewhere.
Do not move here!!! Office and Maintenance never respond to any requests.
This place is disgusting and full of roaches and they never come spray for pest control even though you tell them every week multiple times a week
I have not had the best luck w the front office. I can never get ahold of someone when I call in.
I would never recommend anyone live here ever. There is better-taken care of places for a lot less money than you would spend here. This is a place full of crime and no maintenance in the units.
Tierra Del Sol is the luxurious apartment community that leaves you alone, unless they lost your payment, then they harass you to no end. Nothing really gets done and nothing ever gets taken care of. Every night at least one pip bursts and water fills the parking lot. Don't worry though, because you as the resident are fronting the water bill, oh and if you get water damage in your apartment don't worry! They'll fix it the cheapest way they can to save themselves most amount of money. This a community that has a soccer field, but if you coach a kids soccer team and attempt to use it, you get kicked out by management. A place where the maintenance guy blames you for water leaking from your AC, because you have your bedroom door closed and have the AC below 75. Yeah, just go to private owners that actually want your rent.
My rating comes from the full 2 years I have lived here. I have had the worst neighbors, I have had my car broken into, I have had two leaks in the same spot that destroyed my guest bathroom roof that took about 5 months to fix the second time, my toilets grow mold a day after I clean them in fact the mold doesn't even scrub off anymore, If I had the money I would leave now. The new management team is much nicer then the prior management team, atleast they have that going for them.
Staff is very good and made the move in easy . They answer the phone or get back to you unlike many complexes in the area .
Tierra Del Sol recently changed owners and the new ones have done so many great changes! They added trees/life around the apartments, painted, and other outdoor upgrades. As well as hosting events for us to feel like a close knit community and get to know our neighbors (if desired).
If you can find somewhere else to live do so!! Because they dont actually care about you once youre stuck paying rent here.
Nice quiet place, people are pretty helpful and friendly, both residents and staff.
After new management took over communication is extremely poor or none. Terrible customer service, no one answers phones, returns phone calls or emails.
No communication between management or maintenance and resident. Other residents allow their kids to tear up the place and be loud late at night and the complex management does nothing about it. Was told we would be moving into an apartment that had been renovated and everything was old barely working, the unit was dirty, and the toilet was broken upon move in. Very dissatisfied with the experience living here and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
The current management was not in place when I moved into this community. I was impressed with the move in process at first. Unfortunately, due to covid I was unable to view the actual unit I moved into. Of course the model that I was shown was on point. Once I moved in I had several issues and the unit definitely was not reflective of the model. I had several maintenance issues that were not addressed in a timely manner and issues that should have never been as a new tenant. Shortly afterwards new management took over and the difference is definitely a plus. I have no complaints.

Since Greystar took over it has been great to get maintenance issues actually fixed quickly and the right way.
Everything about this apartment is great, the management is wonderful to talk with, the maintenance are prompt and nice to talk with. There are 2 pools, dog park, children park, soccer field, track, golf put put and so many more great aspects. The apartments are great quality and I love calling Tierra Del Sol my home.
