Nice, quiet, hidden apartment, maintenance and management is very good, no high late fees or landlords trying to take advantage, very clean, never saw a bug, any problems were fixed pretty efficiently in time,
As a college student it is a great place to stay. The apartment itself is nice and in a good area. Eveything you need is around the corner or close walkign distance. The landlords are also very nice, patient and understanding with you. Have no complaints.
The Jeffersonian Apartments are the perfect place to live, especially when you are a graduate student living on a stipend. I am happy I found a place that is both affordable and comfortable to live in, with great management as well!
I have never had a better experience with management and maintenance than I’ve had here. So far my apartment has been problem-free, but maintenance is always friendly when I see them on the property. Management has always been a text or call away to answer any questions or solve any issues! I feel very safe and cared about here. Germantown location is a huge plus being that there are lots of restaurants, a farmer’s market, and a grocery store just a couple minutes down the road! Jeffersonian is really close off of the interstate as well so it’s a super easy drive to anywhere!
I moved in a few months ago since I go to school nearby and it is so amazing. The landlord is so nice and genuine and responds so quickly to calls/messages. The location is perfect since I am able to walk to campus and the area is very quiet/calm. Everything in my apartment was brand new and immaculately clean. On the rare occasion that I needed work done, the maintenance team moved so efficiently to get it done quickly. I love it here and I am so happy I found it.
I’ve been living at the Jeffersonian for about 2 months now and it’s been great! I feel very safe living there, it’s a close drive to everything, and it’s right next to the interstate. All of that at an amazing price as well. Would highly recommend living here. Also, Mekey is the best property manager around. He’s always available if any issues come about. 5 stars!!
I have lived here over two years and my experience has been completely positive. I love the convenience of being downtown inminutes. The staff is very prompt and attentive.
The location is amazing - so close to downtown Nashville and surrounding colleges. Great place to live if you’re a student or just on the go. Mekey is also always available as a landlord and addresses any concerns quickly. Very convenient and easy living here, highly recommend
I’ve lived at the Jeffersonian apartments for about 2 years now and have loved my experience here. The location is unbeatable, you can access to the highway in under 1 minute or be downtown, in the Gulch, Centennial Park, or Germantown all in about 5 minutes. Mekey is the best landlord you can ask for, he is always very easy to get ahold of and resolved any issues quickly. The maintenance staff is very friendly as well.
Newly renovated apartments that are very nice and affordable. You can’t beat the location which lets you get most places in the city in under 10 minutes. Very quiet neighborhood.
The Jeffersonian was a great place to stay when I relocated from a different state. Management & Maintenance were both always a pleasure to work with. I lived there for 2 years. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Not to mention front row seats to the TSU Homecoming parade. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was because having a pet wasn’t optional (at the time). However having a laundry unit conveniently on the premise with overhead covering was a great option to have. Everyone minds their business for the most part and it’s not a lot of noise often.
