Jameson At the bluffs apartment is a very beautiful building with lots of amazing amenities to choose from. Their pool is also beautiful and also plenty of parking spaces in the apartment. the apartment itself is nice inside. the main problem is the office staff!!!!! when it was move in day, i was given very little information. i was only told how to use the key to get into my apartment. i was not given any information about the mailboxes, where my apartment was, or the rent portal. i had to go into the office to ask which mailbox is mine and what key goes to it. it is time for me to move out (thank god) and i let the office staff know that there were damages from the person before me so it would not get taken out of my deposit (which is $1000!!?) and they asked if it was noted on my inspection paper. i never got that paper so i was unable to make note of any damages during my initial look in my apartment. thankfully i took pictures of them when i first walked in. i feel that half of the staff has zero clue what is going on. they just want money and don’t care about you. i am fearful that i will lose my whole deposit due to them not giving me a VERY important paper that i did not know i was supposed to get and this lady who refuses to give me paint to cover up spots on the wall. please look elsewhere!!!!! the floors and walls are so thin that you can hear a person sneeze below and around you. the trains are so loud which they try to tell you that you won’t hear them. parking is terrible unless you pay for a spot. the shower floor is so squeaky that you can hear when the person above you is showering. the gates sometimes stop working which causes you to drive all the way around to use the other one and it takes weeks for it to get fixed. getting anything delivered is a nightmare and never promised. i have had multiple packages sit on the counter outside of the package room instead of inside and have had packages be left on the ground outside the building due to amazon drivers not being able to get inside. all packages are in a room which means anyone can grab your package if they are in there. if you move here for some reason, you better be on top of everything and take note of EVERYTHING otherwise you get ripped off.

I fell in love with this apartment complex when I toured it, signed a lease right away, and then I realized…the trains would ruin everything. In the last few buildings, not only will you hear the train horns all day and night, but the trains often park on the crossing and stay there for hours, leaving you with the dinging from the crossing signal right across the street continuously all day. I wouldn’t care about the trains so much if the crossing was a quiet zone like in other areas of FTW. I complained so many times that they let me move to building 1 mid way through my lease. The train sounds were much better in the farthest building away. The amenities are wonderful. Great dog park, biergarten, gym, and pool. My review would be higher had it not been for my treatment moving out. I needed up moving out because of work relocation. Was sad to go—until I received the final bill. They charged me my entire deposit plus several hundred dollars to “patch up nail holes” (literally never heard of this) and replace the bedroom carpet because I had apparently ruined it (I didn’t, I keep a clean house). If you do move here, make sure it’s in building 1 or 2 to avoid going insane from the trains, and prepare to fork up extra when you move out. The leasing office staff are a hit or miss on rudeness or general lack of care. However, the maintenance staff gets 5 stars.

Decent amenities. Friendly neighbors and maintenance. No noise through walls. Good working appliances. Elevators in all buildings except for bldg 7. Constant train horns and thin windows. Right by a waste treatment plant and there was always dog poop everywhere so expect to smell shiz all the time. Hit or miss office staff; some of them can be nice and helpful while others are very snarky and unhelpful. There was car and package/mail room theft. First apartment so I have nothing to compare it to. Make sure to read everything, get copies, and stuff clarified or in writing, or they will try to stick you with charges.

I regret to say that this apartment does not live up to the standards of luxury living. There are persistent issues with dog waste scattered throughout the complex, and the overwhelming odor of urine. There is constant noise from passing trains and ongoing construction during all hours of the day and night. Safety concerns also are evident, as there have been several reports of stolen vehicles within the complex. There is a lack of consideration from fellow tenants is evident as trash is frequently left in hallways, the elevator, and common areas, contributing to a generally unkempt environment.

Apartment has its perks however gate was always faulty, train is literally right behind the complex and no you wont get use to the screeching sound. Sadly someone was shot and killed first night I moved in and one of the tenants catalytic converter got stolen while it was parked in the gated parking lot. As a woman, I did not feel safe. IDK, might have something to do with a jail being right down the street?

Completely overpriced. You will hear trains at all hours of the day and night. There’s always something broken, whether it’s the gates, computers or golf simulator. The elevator in my building has been broken for almost a month. And then when you try to say something about it, they either tell you they’re working on it with no results, or they tell you that it actually is working when it’s clearly not. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have been at this community for over a year and I really love it! It is a fairly quiet community, the staff are quick to address any concerns, maintenance issues are handled with quickness. I highly recommend the Jameson! Also, they keep the premises very clean which is very important!

For the most part is a good place to live. The staff is extremely friendly. Hot water heater doesn't last long enough to take a bath and a few other minor inconveniences like parking. But mostly quiet and friendly.

This is a great place to live! It has all the amenities you could ask for and it close to everything downtown that you may need. The staff has been excellent helping if when things do come up. Overall, this would be a place I would recommend to friends moving into the area or just looking for a new home.

The Jameson is very clean and nice. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. The pool is awesome to drink at and the gym has all of the equipment you could need. The location is close to everything including the river and the Trinity Trail. The floor plans are large and there is excessive parking. This place has everything I was looking for and more.

The Jameson is a great place to live if you are looking for a very nice place for a lower cost. The apartments are very nice and some of them have never had a tenet. The amenities are better than most apartment complexes and it accommodates pets very well. The only thing I would change is the train horns and the communication from the staff.
