The Ivy Club

Property is well maintained, well-lit and clean. It's quiet for the most part, I feel safe walking outside at night. The buildings are kept cleaned, no messy carpets.

So far so good ,enjoy everyday staying here , my best remarks is the serenity of the environment and also how quick the management reacts to complains by residents here . And the technical team are top notch

The apartment amenities are great! The leasing staff are always professional and the maintenance is very fast and efficient. The landscaping is very good and management is very good with keeping the residents informed about the community

Pretty good so far, very cozy apartment, ladies in the office are very pleasant and just nice , maintenance just awesome , come really quick and do a great job

The staff is courteous and knows you by name! I really appreciate how quickly maintenance handles any requests that are made. It makes a difference to be heard and it is evident that Ivy Club cares about their residents.

So far so good I can say I feel safe in my neighborhood for the most part. Other than that oh it’s quiet also but this telling us to park a certain way I’m not liking that.

Lovely community to live with family , management is top notch and services are standard. My whole stay here for almost 2 years has been a lovely experience with my family

I am very pleased with the fast response when it comes to maintenance. Honestly out of all the properties I have ever lived on this one is the best.

I'm still in the process of accessing the Ivy Club. Give me a little time to give my accessment. It's too early for my review. I have some not good experience, like my wall plugs in the kitchen not working, leaks under my kitchen sink. These have been resolved, but I think it was too early to start experiencing these stuff. I still don't have my lease, because of some discrepancies. Thanks.

I’ve been here for almost 3 months now. Despite the many rules and my loud neighbor’s, I like the complex/community itself. Management is on two of everything and they keep the building clean. During the holidays they offer cupcakes/sweets at the rental office

This is a good and safe place to live. The smoke issues have been addressed and I am pleased. The grounds remain well kept and the community events are really nice. Happy with my home.

The staff at The Ivy Club is amazing. I called to get information and spoke with Kristen and she provided me with all of the information I needed. I went to tour the same day and loved everything I seen with upgrades to the unit along with the professionalism of Kristen. I don't like carpet so that is the only downfall for me. I applied that afternoon and was approved the next day. Even though the square footage is not what I am use to, I will adapt. The fact that this is a gated community and also have security and the building is secured as well is a PLUS. You will not be disappointed at all with living at The Ivy Club.

Small inconveniences , but amazing neighborhood honestly please ask a million questions about the policy and make sure you have mindful guests over not a place for company

The communication is wonderful. We have to mention the service request turnaround being so amazing! The grounds is always kept up really nice and the residents are great as well.

The Ivy Club community is nice place to live.the only thing I would change is that the Black electric security gate come back. For more safety.

So far so good, except the trash dumpsters none are close to the building I reside so I have to take multiple trips to the dumpster so far. But the area is nice and quiet for the most part, the staff is very pleasant and polite. I’ll review in a few months and see because of course when you are a new resident everything seems ok for the first couple of months.

Greetings, I’ve been living here for 4 months now and I am having a great experience so far. The staff is very attentive to me as a new resident. Had a pest issue upon moving in, but Ms. Valerie and her maintenance team were diligent about rectifying the problem. The grounds and buildings are keep neat and clean, I feel at peace coming home. I want to thank management and staff for making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Ive been a resident at the Ivy Club for 13 years and must admit that this is one of the best apartment communities Ive rented. The staff and management is A . Very well kept for an older community, but the friendly and quick services from the maintenance team and customer service that the office staff display overrides it all. Keep up the good work Ivy Staff.

Quick maintenance. Nice residents. Quiet neighbors. Clean grounds. I have lived here 3 years and renewed my lease. I'll probably only leave if I purchase a house or relocate for a job.

Hi I’ve been living here at the Ivy Club for almost five years and nothing has changed. It’s still a great complex. Maintenance is on point and so is the front office. The grounds are kept clean and I still feel comfortable going to my car at night. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Clean apartments. no rodents. really good upkeep overall. Rent is incredibly high and I hear gun shots all too often for the cost of my rent and not having a balcony but at least its clean.

It’s been a great experience and love the management team. They are always attentive and provide amazing customer service. I also enjoy the ease of paying rent on the sites portal. Shot out to the maintenance team for alway being on time. I’ve been here since 2016 and it’s been a wonderful.

I have really enjoyed living here. Safety was my biggest priority when moving out, I don't have to worry about much here. So quiet and clean!

The grounds, staff and maintenance are great. Unfortunately amenities have been cut and the non smoking rule is not at all being enforced. 2nd hand smoke fills my apartment daily, which is a health hazard.

My experience at this community has been wonderful. The process was seamless and I'm impressed. I received communication from Kirsten through each step of the process, she was very nice. Lace was wonderful during my lease signing and move-in day. Thank you, ladies! My apartment home is warm and cozy, and feels brand new.

So far so good. I love it here. The grounds are well kept and the buildings seem quiet. My neighbors are kind and my building is very quiet. I can’t complain.

Since moving here, the experience has been satisfactory. The leasing office answers their phone in a timely manner; on top of informing us with any updates are the community.

Move in was quick and simple. Maintenance is friendly. My neighbors have all been very nice so far! The complex smells great and the apartment itself is very cozy and well laid out.

All good so far! Staff has been very helpful and welcoming. Entry systems are easy to use. The apartment was in great condition when we arrived. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Really close to lots of shopping centers. The included gym membership and access to the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex is great!

This is a beautiful nice & quiet community so far. Everyone in the office is so nice & helpful. I am enjoying my new home. I’m so glad my friend referred me here.

It has been a great experience living here at the Ivy club apartments they are very prompt when something needs to be taken care of and I never had a bad experience with any of the staff they all have been very helpful

The Ivy Club has done a lot in updated and beautiful the up keeping of the community. The security has gotten much better in doing the security for the community.

I'm extremely thankful and grateful to live in a community in which I am safe and my concerns are immediately addressed. Love the social events that management and the rental office provides and the food is always delicious. Looking forward to fall and winter holidays for those gatherings!

Besides the tenants that don’t pick up their dog poop, this is a really good and quiet community. Maintenance is very good and never backed up.

I lived at the Ivy Club for three years. The leasing staff are kind and professional! My building was quiet, safe, clean and peaceful. My neighbors were nice and courteous. The grounds were kept well, maintenance fixed things same day, and the security guard at the gate was always on point day and night. It’s like he never goes home lol. I had no problem with roaches or rats…probably one bug in 3 years I’m not kidding. This was my first apartment and I loved it!

Is a lovely and family oriented place , the cleanliness and quietness is a extra touch , and drug free environment for the betterment of kids is a great one am honestly happy to be here and to raise my future kids here

The water is always cold when trying to take a shower unless you take it before 8:00 pm. Other than that it’s a nice place to live and I feel safe here.

I’ve been living here now for quite sometime. Although I like the overall community, it maybe time for me to move along. Not because of the complex itself, but because of the utilities. For every year up until this year I have been able to maintain an easy electric bill, and it was always under $100. But lately my bill has been over $200 each month and I have not done or change my living habit at all. I still do not use the oven or wash and dry clothes until after peak hours or on the weekends. I keep my thermostat at 73 degrees, It’s what I’ve been doing since I moved in three years ago. As much as I do like the community and the staff, I cannot afford to pay the high electricity bill, especially with the rent and all the the other high prices we have to endure. I’m just not sure why all of a sudden the bill is so high. Well in closing I would like to say the community is still a good place to live. However, I just don’t think I can afford to live here too much longer.

I just moved in to Ivy Cub and I appreciated the help from the leasing staff in the office as well as Calvin the maintenance tech who did my walk thru of my apartment with me

The community events nice and maintenance staff are reliable. The community is always clean. Security does a great job at monitoring the traffic in and out the main gate.

The property is very well kept. Maintenance and Management are diligent and attentive. I enjoy the electronic keys and trash valet services.

Such friendly staff and swift maintenance workers. Mr. Joe ensures he fixes an issue within a timely manner. Love that the staff host great events.
