Came to tour the Isaac and possibly apply. Upon touring when we arrived one of the front desk management’s were not very nice and not helpful at all! When touring the grounds looked as if they weren’t being kept up, parking lot looked extremely crowded as far for residential parking.. Took multiple times to get in reach with them phone/email, just unsatisfied overall!!

We moved into The Issac in February 2022. This place has a lot of potential, but alas, it is not being managed or maintained well. Residents are out of control, not following community standards and management does nothing. Dog excrement EVERYWHERE! Dog breed restictions not adhered to! The pool has turned into a drunken free-for-all every weekend; the scent of marijuana can be found all over the complex. Smoking in the common areas and on patios is commonplace, even though clearly stated not allowed in the lease agreement. Management does nothing, in fact people smoke at the pool, during the day when managment is within sight - nothing ever done. We have alerted managment on several occasions to flooding in our apartment during heavy rain - nothing done. They act like this is normal! Well, it is not normal for the rent that is charged! The dumpster is frequently overflowing and the trash removal service we pay for is inconsistent. Recently there has been a lot of serious crime - police called out 4 times in as many weeks! We no longer leave our apartment after dark and we do not frequent the pool out of fear. It's such a shame, bc like I said there is potential here, but a lot needs to change and no one appears to be interested in doing the work to make this place what it should be. There are a lot of places in the area to choose from, if we had it to do over again, we would NOT choose here. Can't wait for a our lease to be done!

My girlfriend and I enjoying living here because of the privacy more than anything. Theres a lot of construction going around the area but nothing crazy that wont let you rest and relax. Coming from the Seattle area this is hella spacious and the price is amazing. Theres lots of foodies around with great reviews. Thanks management for making my move in special, my dog and I loved the welcome gifts.

AV is an excellent apartment community without the "boxed-in" feeling. Amenities are plentiful, accessible, and well advertised. The AV Team is approachable and actively involved in maintaining resident satisfaction by offering various activities for us as residents and takes any concerns we have seriously. Make your life easy with your Rental experience at Arrogate Village. Spacious and up to date apartments, some have combined garage and storage attached with private driveway. The best in Amenities, Salt water pool, fire pit, grills, outside TV, exercise room, yoga room, parcel delivery room and mail room. Maintenence crew is very responsive and grounds are well kept. Other than the above..... I love my apartment and my community. The people around me are so sweet and watch over me being on my own. They invite me to family dinners and help with my dog. The maintenance team is amazing and always check on me and respond so fast. I love the dog community and how respectful the staff is!

Beautiful homes with a staff that is involved and caring! It has a great location, and you get a lot of convenient amenities for about the same price as a half-decent apartment. The area is also very safe and quiet, but very close to downtown Summerville so you won't be bored!

This is one of the best apartments I've lived in. The units are very spacious and have a really good floor plan. Location and amenities are good. Response to service requests are prompt. The highlight is the exceptional service by the staff. They go out of their way to help make your experience better. Special kudos to Chris from the leasing office who very gladly offered to help bring my 70lb package all the way from the package room to my apartment, without the slightest bit of hesitation. Hope you guys continue to keep up the good work.

Arrogate Village is a lovely community located in the Nexton area close to Caine Bay. Arrogate is nestled in a residential area. Its' quiet, it's both family oriented and business oriented. Would not recommend this complex. If we had not been moving across country and had seen the unit prior to move in then we would have chosen elsewhere.
The office staff Was very friendly, Knowledgeable, and very quick with responses on any questions I had. I would have to say this was about the easiest move I've had so far.

The layout design, amenities, landscaping and proxiemity to schools, health care and shopping are exceptional.
