All of our units are upgraded 2 bedroom non-smoking apartments in a quiet neighborhood and located on a secluded street with a view of Singer Creek Park in Oregon City. Iron Rock Apartments are now renting for $1450 on a years lease. Security deposit is $500. Small Pet (20 lb or less) deposit $300. Background/credit check will be done for all adult applicants. The water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent. This very charming complex in the Barclay Hills neighborhood is on the bus line and across from Singer Creek Park. Your new home is located just minutes from downtown shops and cafe's and from Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. These apartments have washer and dryer hookups in each unit plus there is a coin operated laundry room on site. The complex has off-street parking and extra storage is available. Each unit has a balcony, carpeting and tile floors. The apartment has energy efficient electric zonal heating with new Vinyl windows. From downtown Oregon City take 5th Street which turns into Linn Avenue, then turn right on Hazel Lane and left on East Street.
