No A/C I still have no AC in my unit and it's been four days now! I was told it was fix but it's not.

Heat pump The 2 men that came to fix my heat-pump were very thorough.After it failing again they returne promptly and finally got it working and then check before office closed to make sure it was still ok

Issues resolved the same day I am a new resident. My icemaker was not working(turned out to be nothing more than the reset button which was turned off), and I did not receive a trash can for valet trash service. I stopped by the office Monday morning and by that afternoon, Fred had delivered the trash can, and the ice maker was making ice. Everyone at the office, as well as Fred, were very friendly, efficient, and accommodating!
