The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Imperial Apartments
Mold, bugs ,drug dealings, gang members, broken water, broken pipes, alwyas in trouble, fake landlord! Horrible management! Save your time.. dont rent here!
nice quiet complex, my apartment is big for a 2-bed. The apartments are affordable but look expensive and the place is quiet. No one gets involved with anyone here and the manager is really nice. I just wish they had a pool or gym but can’t complain for the price I pay.
Recently moved into a 2bdrm apartment in may and i love what i am getting for the price i pay. yolanda is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to address any questions or concerns i have. the move in process was smooth and my neighbors are really nice.
We have been leasing for a few months and we cannot wait for contract to end . In the begging it was all perfect but now management hasn’t been very helpful. If there are any request from needing key to needing a repair be ready to do it your self and call lock smith. Although she is home she will not assist if it’s out of her “office hours” maybe company should have someone who is available real office hours and who is pationate for their job. Paying so much money for the service provided , is NOT WORTH IT! Worst place I’ve ever leased by far. There is also an alley in the back of the building where there is always homeless people. So be ready to pay the price as if you were leasing in Irvine.
I love where I live compared to where I use to live. The apartment manager yolanda has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. She has been here for me for when I have needed her and has continued to be a wonderful and outstanding person and manager. I moved in two months ago and some tenants here did complain about the manager but it was for reasons beyond her control and so since she is the manager she has also become the blame for example one of the tenants has to park between an SUV and a FORD f250 and a pole, so the tenant decides to blame the manager when what people choose to drive is beyond the control of the manager and her role and responsibilities as one. Everywhere there are negative people or situations but how we look at it tells people in volume who we are as a person. Imperial does not have roaches, does not have rodents, has a working washer and dryer open 24 hours, working elevator and it's a quiet pretty friendly atmosphere. It can be a bit pricy but worth every penny because freedom, peace of mind, my daughter feeling safe and happy is priceless! It is a community of all backgrounds and I feel home when coming to my apartment..I am thankful and happy that Yolanda turned out to be such a blessing in disguise..thank you yolanda you truly are the best in what is expected of an apartment manager and more!!!!
I've been living at the Imperial apartments for almost a year now and I love it! My unit was newly remodeled when I moved in and I've had a great experience with the manager, Yolanda. She was very helpful with the entire move in process, and I have been impressed with her attentiveness and prompt responses to my emails. She takes care of submitting any maintenance requests in a timely manner and keeps me informed on their dates of completion. The property is still undergoing renovation and I'm excited to see what they will do next. So far the unit interiors are remodeled as well as the laundry rooms. They have also added security cameras to the gated underground parking garage and around the property which are a huge plus!! I will be renovating my lease at the end of my term!!!
Rent increase drastically with in a year at this place. Apartments are renovated from the inside and yes they are nice and beautiful. But comparing to other places that offer amenities such as pool, gym, a place for kids to play and others this place is expensive. There is nothing!!! Just a patio. If you have kids I don't recommend this place. Plus it always smells like sigarett and drugs.
We have lived at the imperial property for over 16 years, but it has never been as great as now. Since Yolanda has been our manager things have changed drastically. We love the changes that have been made !! Yolanda provides great service here at the imperial. The environment is always clean, safe , and nature beautiful. I love our new apartment full of luxory .
