Property Ratings at The Hominy
Property, office, units are beautiful. Wow wow wow! They put so much thought into the pool area; making enough shaded areas, adding a water fountain and low faucet to the outside shower was a great idea! Can’t wait to see their disc golf course it’s going to make the place even better.
I couldn't be more impressed with this property and the mindfulness that went into creating it. I love that they have fenced in backyards in certain units, as well as a variety of recreational activities for tenants. The managers are very responsive, friendly, and helpful... Which is a rarity. If you are looking for your new home, I would highly suggest checking them out!
I’ve been helping my daughter search for the right apartment near Asheville for several months now. We wanted something that reflects the natural beauty of the area without being caught up in the busyness of downtown. The Hominy provides just that—a peaceful, tucked-away retreat that still feels connected. Stacey has been an incredible guide, offering not only her knowledge of the apartments but also of the surrounding community. It’s clear she truly cares about helping people find a place that feels like home.
I toured the Hominy this week with Stacy who was so kind and took a lot of time to show me all of the floor plans. The one bedroom is huge and has a really large patio (which most complexes only give to larger units). The pool deck, TV, grills has full tree lined backdrops. I can’t wait to move in!
When I called to get more information, Stacey was such a gem! She answered all my questions and gave me details that really helped me see the space! I’m excited for the next steps!
I am so excited to move in to this complex. The manager Stacey and staff members Carlee and Conrad used to work at my old complex, and they were very sorely missed once they moved on to the Hominy. They know how to keep everything running smoothly and create a luxury experience for residents. The property itself is pulling out all the stops, and Stacey even made sure that the design reflects common complaints residents had at the old apartments. For example, the old place had grills inside the pool area so they were inaccessible after pool hours so all the dads were upset. Where are the grills located at the Hominy? Directly outside the pool area. Incredible. Speaking of the pool, the courtesy officer is moving in right next to me and will have a direct pool view, so you know any shenanigans will be kept in check. The gym is stacked and there is an outdoor gym too. The clubhouse? So incredibly chic. The units themselves are STUNNING. I also tested the soundproofing between units and it is truly impressive. I can't wait to be one of the very first residents!
Stacey has been so welcoming. She’s made it easy to picture living at the hominy even though it is not available to tour yet. Between the peaceful setting of the property and the amazing customer service she has provided it feels like home.
I was provided with great information and all the details I needed to make an informed decision. Stacey is so knowledgeable and warm - what an asset she is to the property!
What a find! We feel blessed to have found this amazing new community! Even before opening, the manager Stacey has gone above and beyond to make The Hominy feel like home.
