I’ve had my share of apartment living. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have run into 4-5 issues and they are quick to resolve them! KC will shoot ya straight and is on point to help! They are still working to recover from the last owners, But these current people are amazing individuals!

This place used to be called tides on Overton ridge and only changed its name because it had such bad reviews. They have bugs, their management does not work with you or care. They are always charging people with random fees and tow cars without reason

I was already on edge because of the location, but when the property manager came and pulled the leasing agent away from our consultation, we immediately decided we are not living there. The apartments are okay, not great. I was really ready to give up on any complex with the name "Tides".

Do not move in here. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely useless. They are constantly doing repairs and shutting water off. The fees this place “magically” adds is unbelievable. I am only writing this review to hopefully stop someone else like me from moving into this place and having it mess up your life.

I have lived here for going on 3 years and I don't move only because I hate moving I'm almost to the point though. Maintenance is an absolute joke and they check off requests when they really don't do them. I have a giant hole cut out in my master bedroom that's been there for over a week it's covered with a trash bag. I've been telling them to finish their job every day for the past week and they really don't care. The gym they say that they have is always locked and all the machines are broken, the pools that they say that they have I've seen Summers come and go, those pools have never opened. You get to run around from the office and the turnover rate for whoever is in management or whoever owns the complex changes year to year. Oh they sure want their rent on time though ????????

DISHONEST RUDE OFFICE STAFF, maintenance is nonexistent. Infested with roaches and have the nerve to charge for pest control. Building falling apart. Trash everywhere, the dumpster area is always full with trash and pilling over.

Management handles nothing. Maintenance doesn't fix things well when they do fix things. Drugs are everywhere, including people dealing. There are some nice people but most are rude, loud and have no issue having screaming matches in the breezeway and courtyards. This place is not safe and the Management company is not willing to even try to fix any issues.

Dangerous place to live. Stay away seriously. Counting the days until I move out. Loud neighbors..smoking pot everywhere out in the open..people walking around at all hours of the night..loud music blaring at all hours..DRUG BUST in one of the buildings. The front office staff, mainly the manager..suck and do nothing. The only decent one who cares is the assistant manager.

Whatever you do, do not sign a lease here. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this has been the worst leasing experience I have ever had. I signed a short term lease here while in the process of purchasing a home and I was moved into an apartment completely infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. It took management 3 weeks to transfer me to a unit that was not infested with bugs and upon transferring to the new unit, management forgot to secure the necessary building permits to maintain electricity in the units they are responsible for maintaining. I have now had 3 weeks in a bug infested apartment, followed by 2 days in an apartment with no electricity and there does not seem to be any resolution in sight. I paid $1,000 to secure movers to move in to the initial unit, which I am certain I will never see again and my confidence that there will be any resolution soon is gone. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, and find another apartment complex with capable management and living units to lease from.

I filled out an application and then called and left a message to see if I needed to send anything else. No one called me back I called again the next day. The lady who answered sounded irritated I called. She said the property was sold and asked my move date and then stated there was nothing they could do for me my phone died and tried calling back to verify info she gave was what I had heard and no response. Calle the offsite team she acted like she knew nothing about the property being sold the day before and said she couldn’t help me either. So I’m not going to say I would recommend this place to anyone

I loved living here! The staff was great the apartment was nice and good price. I only moved due to work but trust me when I say that if I ever come back to Texas I will definitely be moving back here!!

I've lived here for 2 years, and the last 6 months have been a total hassle! Our 2nd floor unit has multiple ceiling leaks and water damage. Repair the damaged areas? No, blame the wind for blowing rain in crevices and paint over the discolored wall and ceiling spots. No swimming pool until July? Supplies to repair it are always unavailable to them. Online billing portal lists incorrect balance ? Charge us late fees. There has been emergency water shut off at least twice a week for 2 months. There is not enough parking spots near units, office staff are very rude (especially Sheila and Paxton), and maintenance always requires multiple visits to look at a problem and a few more to repair. The quality here is nowhere near what you would expect for the rising price.

From the outside it looks great, inside does too till you look closer. The gate does not close. I have lived here for 6months. Every. Single. Week. I have submitted a maintenance request because of cockroaches, the pest control guy comes but the bugs do not go. My household has tried everything within our own power to fix it. They have also bug bombed our house twice within a month, and still issues! The place is literally falling apart Don't fall for the free covered parking, it is a wonderful perk but not worth it, save yourself the trouble and move down the street instead

The other tenants are hit and miss and the office staff are often crotchety but overall it is a good place to live. The maintenance staff is so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! As a student, it has been a relatively quiet place to study with good sunlight. The apartment layout is not really to my taste but I went in blind renting this place because I came from out of state but overall I have been satisfied.

I love leaving here the office staff are friendly .When I call in for a maintanace request they here the next day .I love the apartment close to shopping can walk when I have car trouble. I'm in a one bedroom want to transfer to a two bedroom my daughter wants her own bedroom.But im social security do to Heath problems I'm trying to find something cheaper.The rents go up every year mine did to its up in October. I give the apartment 4 stars. Thank you!

My complex is clean, close to everything. My balcony on 3rd floor looks over a water canal with trees and ducks. Staff are awesome. Maintainance guys are great! On my 3rd year here. Come look..stay awhile.
