Property Ratings at The Holston
Unprofessional, Unresponsive, Filthy - They don’t answer the phones or emails. They shut the pool down without telling a single tenant. Hallways are filthy and covered if dog pee, people’s spilt drinks, and fur. They are just worried about getting the check each month. Stuck here til next year…
The staff is completely rude and unprofessional, no one responds to emails or calls. We waited for a month AFTER paying our deposit and after constantly being given the runaround we decided to show up at the office only to receive a very nasty and unprofessional response. Immediately we canceled our application and 3 months later have yet to receive our refundable application deposit. STAY AWAY, if they treat applicants this way I can be sure they don't care about their current tenants either.
My 32 year old daughter and son-in-law were ready to move into The Holston tomorrow (and sold their house - have to move out now) and just heard from leasing agent with a new lease agreement that is back tracking on everything they have in writing -that was an included garage and rent 60$ less. The “excuse” of the leasing agent is that they were talking to two leasing agents who left the company and their unit/garage is double leased. As an HR professional, internal issues should never impact a customer. Now an entire family has invested money on deposits for utilities and the apartment, paid for movers coming this weekend and we have all taken time off work. They are building a house and have no where to go. Apparently even though you have weeks of emails with confirmation and agreements, it’s not good enough. They do not operate ethically. There’s so many other good apartments popping up everywhere. Go somewhere else.
