great place to live. the location is prime for families and healthcare workers. It is nestled on a quiet street in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff is wonderful. Neighbors are friendly.

Community life out here is super nice & peaceful. The maintenance requests could be fulfilled a little quicker but other than that, I love it here.

Appreciate everything they do and the nice renovations. It has been a lot better with the gates being fixed, just not a fan of the current trash service. Only being able to put out one trash bag when being forced to pay for something we do not want is a little extra to me.

I've been here nearly 2.5 years and overall it's been a good experience. This property offers a Top Tier Staff, Maintenance Crew, and campus. It looks like a mini resort here because it's so clean around campus, the palm trees, and the style of the campus. It's super quiet, and in a great location. This is a good place to call home with great residents to top it all off.

I love living here. My opinion will never change. The office so sweet and they are a helping hand when you’re in need. If you need help don’t hesitate to ask. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well

The community is beautiful in all of Tallahasee and leasing agents are very helpful, but the common corridors could use some maintenance....

All apartments has its own plus and negative sides but this is a great community. Very fast services. Management and maintenance team are doing a great job. Would recommend this apartment to all.

Love the space. Love the community vibe. Just wish there was a bit more wiggle room with the use of the amenities: some are only available during office hours or limited to a very small number of guests.

Century capital city apartments or phenomenal, I Lev 'em, and I'm so glad I made the decision to live here. The amenities are awesome. The apartments are clean, well maintained and very cozy. I gave it a 5 story view. I only have one complaint, it's small. And it don't have to do with the actual apartment complex and the person that does are vallet Garbage keeps missing my apartment. But it's really no big deal, because it's usually just me here anyway, so not much garbage. I am thrilled with this community apartment. Just a hole vibe,And I found out the history have this location, which is very intriguing ...... ??

I really enjoy living here. It definitely gives the feel of an apartment community because it offers ways for you to become and stay engaged with your neighbors. The amenities are great, however, some are only available during office hours, which limits your opportunity to enjoy them if your work hours overlap with the office hours. There are food truck nights, special event nights and complimentary fitness classes. Feedback is welcomed often so that is refreshing. Valet trash pickup is definitely an amenity I was not expecting nor accustomed to but have come to love it. I do come from a recycling household, so I was surprised to learn there is no option for recycling here. Overall, it’s a great place to live and extremely pet friendly.

I have always been able to enjoy the amenities, the team is tremendous, facilities is quick and helpful, and it is a nice quiet community that seems to be always working on improving.

Needs a dog park, more up to date looks like 2005, better amenities, better gate system with a app, update tiles in apartment update nasty old refrigerator

Great complex, very quiet and chill. Matinence responds fast to claims. I have renewed my lease twice already. And, I haven't had any major issues. Staff are friendly and pleasant.

So far so good, as of this moment I have been here less than a month. I like the fact that it is nice, clean, gated and quiet. I also like having access to the gym, pool and other amenities. I really like the package hub and how it works.

Quiet neighborhood with wonderful office staff. They are courteous, helpful, and responsive. The groundskeepers do their best in maintaining the neighborhood. I hope that there will be an effort to periodically pressure wash the breezeway and hand-rails.

Great place! Great area and very large complex. So much to do! Dog park, pool, spa, grill, fire pit and more! They do resident events and food trucks come all the time!

My family and I have been living at these apartments for about 8 months and we love it here. Very quiet, amenities are great, office staff is wonderful. Great neighborhood and school ratings.

Here at Century Capital City I feel at ease and I feel at home. We have the best Community Director who cares for her residents and honestly the best maintenance support since I moved here in 2023. Our maintenance supervisor really knows his stuff and is super passionate. The community looks well kept and the community activities are fun. Good amenities and seems like a safe location. I came in 2023 and as you can see I’m still here and I love it! I think what makes me love it the most is that we have an incredible community manager Naomi and her care for us is unmatched! Come here stay here live here ! You won’t regret it.

While I plan to continue renting here, I do feel that my unit is overpriced for what it is (hallways are always dirty due to the valet trash getting dragged around; I don't even have a full wall and door separating my living room from my bedroom; baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom look like they are made out of cardboard; no lights in living or bedrooms; old appliances and splotchy paint jobs). The location is very convenient, however, and the apartment complex is generally quiet and peaceful and feels safe, which outweighs the other issues for me.

I love this community! We have the best staff, the right maintenance crew, and hands down the best neighbors. This place of love, great amenities, and great community activities. I love living here.

The staff is always extremely supportive and the amenities are extremely beneficial. I greatly enjoy being a part of this community and it makes it very easy and convenient to not only be a member of this community, but also work from home with it.

Love living here this will be my 2nd year living here and I feel so comfortable ! The staff caters to you every needs and they have fun activities for the holiday.

Overall a great place to live. Pool is nice, staff is nice, and they always set up events for the residents which is thoughtful. My only issues are other people’s pets and not pick up after them, and how thin the walls can be as someone who lives on the first floor. Also don’t like how someone purposely tries to break the front gates every month.

Highly recommend! Very cutesy & peaceful if you will. Haven’t had any neighbor issues nor have I had any major household concerns. Keep up the good work!

Quiet and peaceful place to live. Management is the best! Many activities to get involved in here. The pool area is so nice too. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where you can actually go to the pool and enjoy it peacefully.
