They answered the phone and offered to have me join in their activities so I could see how nice it is. No one else was this nice. I would give more than 5 stars!

Laura answered the phone. Most places I called did not. She took the time and did not rush me. She answered all my questions, and offered me to come to the events to meet the people living there and staff. I was impressed and will attend. Thank you Laura!

I needed a safe place to live while pursuing two hip replacements. This is it: elevators, handrails, extra wide doors, spacious walk-in shower with grab bars, laundry in unit. Modern with high quality appliances. But design details to please older folks: traditional windows that open and have screens, wide windowsills for houseplants. They accept pets. I’m glad to have my cat. Cute dogs live here. People are nice.

This is a beautiful place. I moved here in 2020, during the pandemic and it was the best decision I made. The Management Team top notch. Affordable, good neighbors, and everything close by walk, bike, bus, or auto. Pet friendly.

Excellent location and service. I brought my mom over to visit a friend and she felt so welcome and loved her whole experience visiting The Highline. If she didn't live in Jefferson where she has been so many years, she said she would move here!

I just moved in this past weekend and I'm loving the place. Alex and Liz were awesome and made everything went smoothly. The location is wonderful the building is first rate. There is nothing not to like about The Highline, I'm going to suggest it to my friends.

I viewed the apartment options with Tisha. She was very knowledgeable regarding all my questions. The apartments were all beautiful and when I move in a few months this complex is top of my list. The staff I met and the other residents I spoke with were friendly. Impressed that Tisha knew residents by name when passing in the hall.

Alex is awesome! He took a lot of time with us, had a wonderful, sunny disposition, showed us several different units to fit our requests and was very professional. The property itself is very nice as well! The units are well-lit and spacious.

First-rate construction, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, all the little extras most places don't have. Reasonable price, responsive management. Great layouts. Everything is first-class. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Spoke to Alex on a Saturday and came away with a great deal of knowledge and information thanks to his expertise. Will definitely be checking out this place further because of him.

Alex in the rental office was a truly exceptional tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with honesty (he got the answers if he didn't know them straight away). The units we viewed (a 1 bedroom with den and a 2 bedroom) were both spacious with great amenities. The building was very quiet, plus there was good parking options.

I just had a lovely experience looking at the gorgeous High line property property shown to me by Alex who didn't miss a beat! Not only was he very thorough and informative he was willing to go the extra mile at the end of his work day to show me one more unit that was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't expect to be so astonished; however, this place is top shelf in every way. Each unit was different & spacious with a beautiful view and the extra special amenities are all a step above. The fitness center is super and the screened-in porch is exceptional! Thanks to Alex for being so patient, helpful & efficient in what he was able to show me and discuss all in less than an hour! This introductory tour was quite impressive to say the least! Thank you Alex!!

Beautiful units and great amenities! A wonderful place to call home!

This property is excellent. Love this place. Lots of windows. The kitchen is a dream come true. The washer and dryer are great, and I haven't even mentioned the underground garage. WOW! Just like the Bat Cave. Everything is so convent. The best is Tina. She is easy to work with, very friendly. She even came up to our apartment to see how we were settling in. I feel like a queen in a castle.

This place is just wonderful. Quiet, clean, and friendly. The staff go out of their way to assist the residents and animals. Holiday decorations for each season a plus. Tina is a very friendly, professional. She has helped my wife and I more than she well ever know, and she has a great sense of humor. Thank you HIGHLINE for all you do.

The Highline is a wonderful place to live. The apartment interior is lovely. There are granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. The staff are all very nice. Maintenance issues are handled rapidly. Maintaining the apartment is easy leaving plenty of time for leisure activities. This is one of the nicest places we have ever lived.

This property just opened and it is gorgeous. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in every apartment. The outside patio is a lovely space to relax on a summer day!

I toured this complex and these apartments are going to beautiful. They are still under construction but set to open May 2020. I cannot wait to see this building finished!
