The Highline

I recently moved into the Highline and it’s been such a great experience living here! The move was super easy, and the management and maintenance team has gone above and beyond in helping make my apartment perfect! I really appreciate their attention to detail in getting the apartment ready for me to move in, and their constant support!

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and conditions have gotten unacceptable. The roach infestation has been ongoing for months despite repeated requests for follow-up treatments. Most recently, my AC broke during 90–100° heat. Management refused to fix it due to a “warranty” and left my apartment at 90° inside with only a tiny portable unit — completely inadequate for Texas weather. My dog was left in dangerous conditions, risking heat stroke. These are serious health hazards, and nothing is being resolved. After 4 years as a loyal tenant, I can’t recommend living here until management takes real action.

When I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly. If the issue needs someone else to do the repair, they work around my work schedule, because I work at home.

I’ve been living here for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, which makes for a peaceful living experience. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoy having access to the 24-hour fitness center—it’s convenient and helps me stay on top of my health goals. Plus, the Amazon package delivery service is a great perk that I use all the time! The staff here is always friendly and responsive, which makes things even better. The location is fantastic, right off I-10 and 1604, making commuting a breeze. Highly recommend!

I've lived here for about 5 years. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had issues with neighbors. Maintenance is great. Very helpful.

It’s near by a lot of shops you need daily Costco SAMS Walmart HEB La cantera restaurants all within 10 mins drive very peaceful living area front office is very friendly and maintenance is very attentive when you put a work order in

Everyone is very friendly and the maintenance crew is awesome! The dog park and bath are so convenient and helpful. I’ve been here 3 years and have enjoyed it.

Hello all, I just wanted to come here to say that I have had practically no issues living here. My space is clean and the staff is helpful, I have zero complaints and I believe it’s a great place to live !

I have lived here going over 3 years now and i just love it, the apartment staff and maintenance are amazing and help you with anything you need. As well as the pool is great during the summer!

Lived here a couple of years. It’s very convenient as its close to UTSA, Costco and to the freeway. Eating places, coffee shop, gas station right across the street, My son takes the bus to UTSA . Very reasonable rents, lots of parking, zero noise and quick response to maintenance issues. No complaints.

I love the area at which the Apartments are located, we definitely feel safe. The staff members and maintenance always ensure that me and my family are taken care of. The team goes above and beyond to ensure that their tenants are satisfied.

I just renewed my 3rd year here and I absolutely Love it! It’s so Homey with all the trees around. And did i mention how the Office staff including maintenance always meet my needs. Best part about living here is they are dog friendly!!!

This place has been great for my family, everyone’s very friendly and management has been great at resolving anything I brought to their attention ASAP! This is my second year at this place and planning to stay another year for sure! They are always kind and helpful and the location is great everything close by, perfect for families!

So far we love living here! Great people and have met some awesome neighbors whom now became friends! The staff is wonderful and maintenance has always been readily available when we need help no matter how big or small! They are awesome!!!

The area feels peaceful and welcoming, and the apartments are truly beautiful. I am eager to embrace this new chapter and create a home here. I believe that living in this apartment will be a wonderful experience, and I look forward to making the most of my time here in my new city.

Please do not lease here. Very unprofessional staff and apartments are infested with roaches. Front office is rude and disrespectful. If something breaks be ready to wait around for them to fix it.

Lovely apartment complex with a greenspace running through the middle of the apartments. Good maintenance team so apartments are cared for.

Overall I love the experience here. Office and maintenance staff is always friendly and ready to help!! The amenities overall are great and clean! My main complaint is with some neighbors, but Highline does take the proper steps to help. I've been here for almost a year and I love it so far!

I've been living here for almost 7 years. The currently management is the best.

The roaches are the problem. There is a definite infestation and it’s scary how Greystar hasn’t done more to remediate the situation. There is a severe infestation to the point where I myself have purchased the strongest poison for them and although it helps it never last long. They are German roaches and cleanliness cannot defeat those multiplying roaches. I would be happy and staying at the end of the year it wasn’t for that. Also the refinishing jobs of the cabinets is mediocre. The maintenance was nice though.

I love the quick and professional service here. They truly take care of everything you need fixed or replaced.

Lovely Greenspace and walking trails on the property. There is Care and concern about property upkeep and the comfort of the people who reside at the Highline.

At the Highline the staff is great to talk to and quick to respond to my needs and they’re very thoughtful.

Nice place to live in, close to everything especially the main attractions in the city. Little bit pricey than average tho. The management is nice and they keep up with maintenance.

Maintenance acts like every maintenance issue that you ask for is a priority to them and they respond guickly.

My move-in experience was truly atrocious. Moving into a place that is teaming with roaches completely eliminates any positive aspect of the experience. I would have left immediately if I had not been as exhausted and disappointed as I was. I felt completely disheartened and hopeless. It was a horrible feeling.

Maintained apartment with lovely green space down the center of property. Feels close to nature with patios and decks to enjoy the outdoors. Close to transportation.

I've been living at the Highline apartment complex for 5 years. Recently I renewed the rent for another year. I am quite happy.

From the start to the end was such a bad experience . We didn’t even get the “renovated” unit we viewed and applied for. Our apartment came fully carpet except for the kitchen and the restroom and that’s not what we applied for. We applied for fully wood excluding the bedrooms . Our unit looks nothing as what was displayed online so be careful and make sure you are getting what is on their website . Nothing was honored from the start and if I knew what I know now I would just run away from this apartment . They blamed everything on the change of management. This apartment also has a SERIOUS ROACH INFESTATION! I literally kill as much as 20 German roaches for the day . They brought in their pest control and nothing works! I had to go online and purchase multiple expensive treatments myself and the infestation is still really bad! I cannot even cook in peace , one day a roach fell in my pot and mien I just threw away everything. My apt is pretty much always cleaned with little to no dirty dishes ever ! And the roaches are still around like they pay rent. The next thing are the tubs, my tub has been leaking ever since I moved here and it hasn’t been addressed yet. One of my toilet keeps overflowing and always flooding the place and I always always complain and they blame it on me saying that I was the one that clogged it when I’ve been telling them there is no way it can ever be a clogged that there had to be something else wrong . The management really don’t care at all . They’re so nonchalant about every single thing . At month two they even offered me to break my lease without penalty instead of trying to accommodate us. We have endured so much living here , from the stove top not working when it wants, from the fridge was so old it had an smell of a dead person ( they gave us a new fridge) from the ac unit leaking so bad until they had to change the whole ac , theres still leaking in the tubs , outlets not working from the start , ROACH infestation, toilet issues, so many issues that I tried so hard to bear just to live peaceful. From I came here , I’ve had to have maintenance at least 2-3 times a month . Sometimes more. I have to say the maintenance guys are really good . They try their best to help fix issues. Anyhow My time here is almost up and if We can leave today , I really would.

It is a great community even though my side of the apt faces the highway it is rather peaceful. The facilities are kept up and clean. I've only had to put in 3 work orders in the 2 years that I have been here and the issues were for minor issues and answered in a timely manner. Also have great neighbors :)

Both the office and maintenance teams at Highline are fantastic. They work hard to make our living here a great experience. We appreciate them all.

Love the view from our apartment, love the amenities. The tall ceilings are nice!

Bad/10. They spend money making the front look pretty, but put no effort in fixing things like stairways missing concrete, missing weights, gates being broken open, etc. Do not go here until they put effort into things that matter.
