The Heritage at Boca Raton

My experience at this apartment complex has been terrible from the start. The unit wasn’t even cleaned before I moved in, and I was left with a long list of repairs—some basic, some more complex. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took over two weeks for anyone to start addressing the issues, and even now, only part of the list has been completed. I’ve had to spend an unreasonable amount of my own time just trying to get management’s attention. The property is very poorly managed, and there’s clearly no accountability. For the rent they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend moving here.

The only good thing was the layout of the apartments, because the building is very old, with poor maintenance and management, elevators that stop working frequently, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling that took almost a year to repair, the appliances are very old, noisy and break frequently, the blinds that make up the apartment are old and break easily, the parking spot is outside and in many cases far from the entrance of the building. There is no exclusive closed and protected compartment for purchases delivered, unless they come through Amazon, and deliveries from other sources are thrown on the floor at the entrance of the building and with wide access to any delivery person. They debited amounts related to 3 months for water and sewage on return of my deposit, without any explanation even though I have paid these fees since the first month of the lease and asked for an explanation that never came.

It's a nice community which has a lot of pros. The location is good as it is right next to downtown boca, and the property itself has a lot of places you could go to such as the clubhouse, pool, and sauna. The only downside is that service takes some time to get here, and the apartment itself is a little old, but other than that it's just your average community.

Wonderful living experience, top-notch. If you are looking for the feel of a 5-star hotel with a prime location, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it, especially since the new manager came in. I have seen huge improvements, from the landscaping to the parking, and the Jacuzzi. It's within walking distance of the best that all of Boca Raton has to offer, such as beaches, golf, dining, etc. The new property manager is phenomenal in every sense of the word. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. "Resort style" doesn't even do it justice. Immense thanks to all the staff.

If your choice is between the Heritage and sleeping on the beach, you will be better off sleeping on the beach. Gym has been closed for 2 months and there is no opening date. No security whatsoever.

that's about it, no security gates, key fobs don't work, no sauna, no theater, renters treat this place like crap as they don’t pick up after their dogs...great location

I enjoy living at The Heritage at Boca Raton. I am about to renew my lease for a fifth year.

We lived in building A for nearly 2 years, and were very happy with almost everything. In December 2020 we moved to building B. I can only say that the experience has been profoundly disappointing. The apartment is lovely, but none of the move-in faults have been addressed weeks after being reported. The building is run like the poor relation to A. Maintenance is shabby, the elevator has half the lights out, the elevator floor is covered in paint stains. The control panel is hanging off in one place and vandalized in another. The trash left lying around the building is disgusting. There has been no security at the main door since Christmas....it doesnt lock. Building B feels like a City Project compared to building A.

I have been a resident at The Heritage at Boca Raton for more than three and half years. I love living here, and I have no intention of moving any time soon. Both the management team and the maintenance teams are professional, courteous, and responsive. I enjoy the amenities and activities, and there is a real feeling of community here.

The location is perfect. Quick to get on I 95 to go to work. All necessary shopping, groceries and Pharmacy are close by. Multiple restaurants in the area for takeout.

Great building and amazing complex just needs some TLC

At least 4 of my neighbors smoke weed every day and the smell comes under the door and through the balcony. I can listen when my upstairs neighbors walk around their apartment. I have to say that the size of the apartment, the location and the pool are nice.

I have lived at The Heritage at Boca Raton for almost three and a half years. I love living here. The management and maintenance staff are professional and courteous. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion. The other residents are friendly. I feel perfectly at home here.

We do love living here at the Heritage. We have met many wonderful residents that now we call friends.

I am pleased with how quick management responds to any maintenance issues. We are very pleased with our choice. I highly recommend Heritage.

The living spaces of the apartment is great and location is wonderful, of course. However, it is hard to communicate with management when theres a need, common areas used to be spotless and now they are mediocre, even landscaping is not as it was a year ago. At this point, we are paying for location more than anything else.

The grounds, pool, and jacoozi are very well kept. The residence are very pleasant to be around and have never had any issues with noice. Maintenance is also quick to respond to request. The common areas are also very clean. In addition, the staff seem friendly and approachable.

I love living at The Heritage at Boca Raton. In the three years that I have lived here, the office and maintenance staff have always been very responsive, professional, courteous, and friendly. The amenities are nice, and there is a real sense of community here.

The Heritage is a great place to call home. The centre of town, but feels very private inside. Love the fact that we are really close to everything we might want to do.

I do not think you would want my experience....what's up with the fire drills in the middle of the night?????

This community is the BEST in all respects! From the location, the quality homes, amenities, parking and grounds. The management and staff are professional and timely. The community is diverse in all respects and are respectful! Simply cant say enough about the JOY that we have here.

Apartments here are spacious and nicely appointed and the terraces spacious as well. Living in the downtown area is a very nice perk and convenience.

Get place to live!

We have recently moved into Heritage. The building is truly excellent, and we were particularly attracted to far larger than average room sizes, the interesting floor plans and the build quality. Many details give the Heritage a very great lead over much of its competition. The apartments are simply superior in size, layout and quality to other similar buildings. The service provided by Lila & Natasha was faultless. We are delighted to have chosen Heritage, and we will recommend it without hesitation.
