Settle into the cozy Southeast Downtown neighborhood with its tree-lined residential streets a few blocks away from Leavenworth Street's main strip. Situated just west of Interstate 480, there’s a plethora of entertainment and dining options here. Walk or bicycle the three-mile-long Boulevard Trail, a paved path that takes you near Memorial Park's rose garden and Elmwood Park's golf course. Closer to home, Leavenworth Park features a wide-open recreational field next to a playground, while Dewey Park contains multiple tennis courts and horseshoe pits.
After you work up a sweat, sample some of the neighborhood's eateries and entertainment along Leavenworth Street. The Down Under Lounge with the Side Door Stage combines some of the best daily drink specials in the city with regular live music acts. Change your perspective by driving three miles east to Downtown Omaha's shopping and restaurants by driving Leavenworth Street to St. Mary's Avenue.

Property Ratings at The Henry
live here now in 2022 and there's no way I would ever renew or recommend The Henry- and by extension Urban Village Omaha- to anyone. The unit has average upgrades to cabinets and appliances, but you must share washers/dryers with 5 other units. The walls are thin- you hear everyone above/below you as well as anyone entering the property. Parking is absolutely atrocious. They squeeze 3 parking spaces into a 2 space driveway. This causes a lot of congestion. Worse is the amount of street parking which will block your car in. What makes the Henry an absolute terrible place to live is the management. I have called repeatedly to try and solve several issues. Each time I have been met with zero solutions and complete apathy from staff. I can not recommend this place any less. The only positive thing I've encountered is their maintenance person. He responded in a timely manner. Still, BEWARE! Don't live here and be cautious with management from any Urban Village Omaha property.
