The Henry advertises several amenities on the website. However, this is misleading, as the pool and hot tub are not usable and 4 out of 6 treadmills in the gym don’t work at this time.

The Henry has amazing amenities in a great location that feels very safe while just being a short drive from downtown Denver and walking distance from a grocery store. The staff was extremely helpful during our move in and answered every question we had. We even placed one maintenance request that was addressed and fixed immediately. Overall it has been a great experience thus far!

We've lived in 3 areas in Denver and the Henry is by FAR our favorite. The building, amenities and community surpass any other building we've lived in. The leasing office agents have been so helpful and made our application and move in process a breeze. Could not recommend the Henry more!

I love living at the Henry, it is a beautiful building with great amenities, and the staff truly cares about the building and the residents. The pool is huge and the fitness center has everything you could need to get a good workout in, you won’t need a gym membership living here! The apartments are very well designed and have beautiful finishes. Maintenance is quick to complete work orders, and makes living here amazing knowing everything will be fixed promptly.

The Henry is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! The staff, apartment, location and amenities are top tier. We leased our apartment virtually as we were living in Florida at the time. Pay people to work here. Management is such a joke. They don't take our security concerns seriously. Our cars have been broken into twice this year in the garage, so we have reason to feel unsafe. I've called our security patrol line 3 times in the last month due to feeling unsafe when walking my dog around the building, and no one has EVER followed up. Management has lost our packages multiple times (one of which was in the back room for 3 months). We can't get a tree that's fallen over on our patio fixed. There's birds nesting in the vents above our patio but we aren't even bothering to put in a maintenance request because we have zero expectation that anyone will do anything about it. We want a 24-hr security person or even just a concierge to be here. Our hallway and area of the building has smelled horrible recently due to trash build up. I could go on. I'm so disappointed in how this residence is run. The apartments are wonderful, but I will literally never rent from Greystar again after this.

The apartment has a nice building, a decent gym, a decent pool area, and a decent group of amenities that rival most places in the city. Unfortunately, The Henry management is similar to Santa: they show up one day a year, and you're left disappointed. You wonder if they actually exist the other 364 days of the year.

Low recommendation on this facility. The management is unapologetic and petty. During my three years here, there has been a steady decline in community and service. The location is great, but the noise from a side-by-side (gator) dragging the facility dumpster bins up and down Sherman street multiple times a day is obnoxious. If you do decide to move here, I highly recommend avoiding renting a townhome. Overall, it's not worth the hassle and poor management.

The Henry used to be great, but it has declined drastically under new ownership. I will not be renewing without massive changes to the staff and community, but I don't recommend living here.

Do not hesitate to make The Henry your home! There are amazing amenities here and the location is great! The best part about this complex is the incredible Leasing Staff!!!! We worked directly with Rachel who is amazing. She answered every single question that we had, big and small, with an amazing attitude. That goes for Mallory, Jordan, and the rest of the team as well. Best customer service we have had, of probably all time! We are a month in, and Rachel still checks up on us to see how our experience is. So grateful for her in making our move stress free!!!!!

After touring multiple apartments The Henry jumped out at me above all the rest. Most apartments say they have a pool or a gym, but it's literally just a box to check to say they have it. The amenities at The Henry, on the other hand, are unmatched and on top of that the rooms are incredibly nice. Everything from the visual aesthetic to the smell to the noise levels is dialed and perfected. Leasing staff is incredibly hospitable and with rent prices climbing high this place actually feels worth the price tag. Not to mention the neighborhood gives you everything from cute quiet neighborhoods to stroll through to farmer's market access and cool restaurants on South Pearl to the fun bars on South Broadway. There's a little bit of something for everyone right within walking distance!

Location…location …location : important to young & old! plenty of amenities in a pleasant community close to all of the important aspects: RTD, grocery stores, awesome parks, Twin Rivers IV, library, restaurants, bike path/trail, & a view of the mountains…what more could you actually need?

I love the amenities at The Henry. Ive never seen a gym as big as Henrys at all the apartments Ive lived in. I like that all the amenities are contained within the building, just simply hop on the elevator, oh and a grocery store located conveniently next to the building to walk to. I love that there are TONS of lounging area to choose from too. Did I mention the spectacular view from their sky desk?! Just dont look down haha focus on looking out instead. Overall, Id say Henrys amenities are one of the best I have seen and will definitely take advantage of what Henry offers!

I'm only one month into my lease here at The Henry, but it's been such a blessing so far! The leasing process was easy and smooth, I got the move-in date that I wanted, and everything has been super simple so far. The location and community amenities are by far my favorite part of the property, not to mention the mountain view from my apartment.
