The Heights at College Station

The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is also fast, helpful, and friendly which is a huge plus. The only issue has been that the main gate to the property is frequently broken, which means it often remains open at night. Overall, it is an extremely welcoming community with great amenities and a ton of community events that happen throughout the year!

The maintenance is super helpful and the events they put on are so fun and free to residents!

I like living here, the best thing by far is the maintenance. I had an emergency request a few weeks ago and they came immediately

Living at the heights has been the best part of my freshman year. Not only do they have really cool amenities and facilities, but they have really cool events and activities that are so fun to participate in. The staff and the management is super nice and they make living here a breeze.

I’m moving to the heights this coming fall and I’m super excited for the wonderful pool days I will be having! Additionally, my room is very spacious with a huge closet and nice bathroom. I’m excited to move in!

I will be a resident here this upcoming school year and it has been such a smooth transition. I would highly recommend for any college student. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the apartments are gorgeous with wonderful amenities. They answer questions within 24 hours by email and are really good about calling you back and even calling to check up on you and make sure you don’t have any questions about your lease/etc! Truly are the best apartments with the best community in college station!!!

I haven’t moved in yet, but my experience so far has been amazing. Back in December when I was looking for a new place to live I came and toured the complex with my mom. Upon walking in I was welcomed and greeted. The tour was amazing and the facilities were well kept. All the amenities were super attracting and I felt like the little community that was built inside was perfect for me. When I decided to lease here I got the lease and had a few questions. So I went to the leasing office and the girl there was so sweet and answered all my silly questions with ease and made me feel better about signing with them. I was hesitant about the roommate matching, because my last apartment did a horrible job and it felt like they just put random people together. When I did the survey the question were very in-depth and hit just about everything you wanted to say. The new girls I’m matched with seem super sweet and I’m excited to get to know them this year. Even before moving in they make you feel apart of the heights community, no better option.

This apartment complex and all of the people have been more than helpful on my search to rent my first place for college! They have exceeded our expectations by answering the phone every time we have called and by doing their best to be able to answer any questions I might have! I have loved interacting with every single person that works at the front desk and can’t wait to live there!!

All of the people who work in the heights are great. Good services and amenities. The pool is always going great place to stay.

The move out charges are more than excessive. I was charged an absurd amount of money for repairs that weren't necessary. For example, I used small hanging nails to hang up a picture, and now they are charging me 300 dollars to repaint the entire bedroom. This along with unjustified cleaning charges amounted to well over even the monthly rate. They will get you for everything they can, and then more. When you try to dispute it, their response is essentially, "na you owe us, you gotta pay it". My only viable option now is small claims court as they lack the ability to negotiate in good faith. I have lived at multiple apartment complexes and all are substantially better than this. Also, any 5 star review you see is likely a current resident who hasn't had to deal with this problem yet, and they are paid with rewards to do so. I was offered this many times.

The facilities are amazing, the community is great and the bus ride lands you in the center of campus at MSC. However the business side of things with the complex is indeed a major hassle. The lease is very much one sided and you're pressured almost immediately after moving in the resign for another year long lease, with notifications of deadlines to resign or you lose your apartment for next year, just for the deadline to keep extending every month. Sit on it if you are considering moving or be stuck finding a lease reassignment like me.
