The Heights at Chino Hills

The leasing team does a great job of selling the property and they are very responsive. Now as a resident the issues around the property begin to shine through. My biggest issue is the noise and rowdiness after hours and the lack of parking on site.

I have been in this complex for over 5 years and are very happy living here. Staff are pleasant and approachable to any concerns we have. Great place to live.

If you're looking for a place to stay come to "The Heights Apartments." Close to freeway and supermarket. Restaurant are just near by.

I’ve lived here now for a little over two years and recently transferred from one unit to another. The team is quick to resolve most issues and Steven, who helped us initially, took a lot of effort to get to know us and is always so kind and supportive. Maintenance is mostly on top of it. when we moved in to our new unit, the freezer didn’t work, the icemaker didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work, the water heater wasn’t plumbed correctly, there were large holes in the walls, the doors didn’t lock, the screen was damaged, and a garage panel is damaged. The kitchen was also never cleaned, and in general the apartment was not in “move in ready “condition. All that said, the majority of these items were repaired quickly, the only open frustration I have, is that we lost an entire refrigerator full of food, including meat. When I asked the assistant manager, if there was any opportunity for a credit, since we lost everything due to the disrepair of the freezer, she said there was nothing they could do. The move out process of our last place was fairly easy, I will say that as far as a transfer is concerned, they made it fairly stainless for us. In our years here we have worked with a lot of the maintenance staff, Gus and Robert are always top-notch, and we’ve gotten to know Albert recently who also seems fantastic. The layouts of the apartments at the Heights are excellent, which is why we’ve stayed for so long. The only feedback I would share about apartment layouts is the incredibly inconvenient locations of the fireplaces.

It is so nice to walk into the office and feel welcome. Always a friendly face and helpful in whatever is needed. We need more people in this world like your employees and that is including all of the workers on the grounds.

The Heights at Chino Hills is a first class facility from the apartment units, to the grounds, to the quality of the entire staff including maintenance. The setting here on Slate Dr. is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. This complex is highly rated from my perspective. Richard C.

There are many choices here in Chino Hills and I am very glad that I chose the height. I had been here years before when I was building out my home and I’m happy to be back for just a short period of time hopefully before I buy another home, but so far everything has been excellent. !

The heights at Chino Hills is a great environment. Everyone is very friendly and greeting ! The team is very welcoming and supportive. They are kind and have helped us tremendously! They are pet friendly and love our dogs. I would definitely recommend coming in and taking a tour ! Any questions you have they are very helpful.

Everything continues to work smoothly in our apartment! We love living here…

The heights at Chino Hills is a place to stay at ease. Any maintenance issue they fix it for you. The apartment is well maintained. Just recently, they did concrete repair and power washed the dumpster.

We really enjoy living here at the Heights! Tiffany and Julia in the leasing office made the entire process so smooth! They were so helpful and continue to be which we appreciate very much! Looking forward to using more of the amenities like the pool, fitness center etc as we continue to get settled into our new home!

The Heights at Chino Hills is a safe, quiet and warm community. Maintenance is excellent and the quality of each apartment (I've lived in a 2 bedroom moved to 3 bedroom) has exceeded my standards for quality apartment living. It is also well lit and walkable at all times of the day.

We live in the Heights at Chino Hills and the entire staff here have always been kind & helpful. Recently, our washing machine stopped working, I sent a email through the resident portal before the office was open and they sent Gus right away, he quickly fixed the washing machine in one visit.

The location is amazing and the staff is helpful especially Marleen. She is very helpful.

From our first visit at the leasing office and the team there to our actual move in date everything was excellent. Leasing staff is excellent. Community is very nice and the neighbors are pleasant.

After a lengthy search for a place to begin my life together with my new bride, i convinced her to take one more look for the day. We arrived and I could see her face light up. We walked in and were greeted by Steven, who couldn’t have been more helpful in answering all my questions. After a brief tour of the model we decided that this would be our place to start our lives together. We couldn’t be happier with the decision that we made!

My overall review is that of a wonderful living experience. For over 3 1/2 years, the staff have made our time here very enjoyable. I have no complaints. The staff are to be commended for excellent service.

The Heights is a clean, quiet, beautiful place to live. I am sure most complexes do this, but each year they max out the legally allowed rent increase - so expect rent to jump every year no matter what. Its expensive - but that pretty much is California for you.

Upon relocating from another part of the country (without physically seeing the apartment beforehand), I was met with a fully refurbished unit that was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for my comfort. The area is ideal as it is secure, and conveniently located near shopping centers, eateries, and recreational activities. In summary, I am thoroughly content residing in this rental community and would strongly endorse it to anyone searching for a cozy and well-situated abode.

The Heights has been such a great experience for my husband and I so far. The leasing office team has been so great and kept us updated on everything regarding our approval up until we finally got approved. They always answered any questions we had!

This is a wonderful place to call home, we love the fact that it is very well maintained and everyone from Management to Service Technician is respectful and patient. Maintenance and other calls are answered in a timely manner, and everyone is very genuine and really do their best to ensure that we are comfortable and happy to call this our home. We have been here for over 10 years and really enjoy it, this is a clean and safe place. Sometimes the dogs can get a little loud but that's understandable, dogs will be dogs and have to bark :) Keep up the good work.
